Portsmouth Pride happens this following weekend and thousands of people will be filling up the city and local park to celebrate LGBTI life.
Portsmouth Pride is held on the 18th June this year, taking over the city with it’s extended parade route, followed by a party in the park.
Where does Portsmouth Pride Parade begin and end?
The Portsmouth Pride parade meets at the Guildhall Square for 12pm (noon) and sets off at 1pm via Hampshire Terrace, arriving at Southsea Common for 1:30pm. Everyone is welcome to join the parade but please note tickets are required to enter the Southsea Common. Adults £8, Children 5-15 £4 and under 5 free.
The Pride festival kicks off at 1:30pm until 10:30pm with entertainment from the Main Stage, Acoustic Stage, Cabaret and Disco Tent. PLUS there’s lots of stalls including THEGAYUK stall, where you can buy some Pride Jewellery to help support Portsmouth Pride.
The day event is ticketed at £8 for Adults, £4 Children (5-15) and Free Under 5s.
