Jake Quickenden works out – and he’s looking mighty fine for it.
Since leaving the jungle in 2014 the 27-year-old star been working the studio recording new material and has even released a single, which reached number 10 in the UK Indie Breakers chart.

In August he’s due to release an EP called I Want You.
