Former X Factor and Dancing On Ice star Jake Quickenden is looking better than ever after 20 weeks of strict healthy living including no smoking and no boozing.
Publishing the saucy snap Jake joked, “It’s all fun and games until the towel falls down!!” which of course led his fans begging the singer to drop the towel, with one exclaiming “flipping heck” while another quizzed, “You got a sock under your towel?”
The performer is currently performing a gruelling UK tour of Hair the musical, with eight shows a week leaving him “feeling fit”.
His regime does have one side effect however, he says he’s now dreaming of beer and burgers every night.
