Well the new trailer for Goat, starring a rather dreamy looking Nick Jonas and a completely ripped James Franco has hit our small screens and well it looks… shall we say homoerotic as buggery. Described as a psychosexual thriller we’re absolutely riveted.

The owners of one of Indianapolis’s busiest gay bars, 501 Eagle has released a statement revealing their plans to close the popular bar in October.
The owners have told patrons that after twenty-two years of running the venue they’ve made the decision to “retire”.
“It’s time for my wife, Margie, and I to retire. The 501 Eagle (Tavern) will close forever Oct 15, 2016. Until then we will be open 7 days a week doing blue lite specials on all drinks. It’s been a great 22 year run. Thanks for all your business. Tom n Margie”
The venue which is focused on serving the bear, leather and pups community of Indianapolis will be closing permanently on the 15th October.
It is not known whether another owner will take on the bar and continue running the venue as an LGBT establishment.

Fans of the bar have shared their sorrow for the closure of the venue but wished Tom and Margie well, adding that the couple had been “a shining light in the Indianapolis gay community”and that they would be sorely missed.
Australia is still lagging behind in terms of equality for gay and bisexual men. Not only is same-sex marriage still not available for couples but the age of consent is higher for gay or bisexual men who want to have penetrative sex. More accurately anal sex in some territories attracts a higher age of consent, despite the fact that the age of consent for vaginal or oral sex being equal across the country.
The age of consent for heterosexual and homosexual couples is 16 except in Queensland where the age of consent for male on male penetrative sex is 18. This law is also applied to heterosexual couples who may want to have anal sex too.
Vaginal and oral sex is legal from the age of 16 – regardless of sexuality, the penalty if you break this law is 14 years in jail.

Homosexuality was made legal across the country in 1994. However Queensland, the Northern Territory and South Australia still lag behind in many areas of equality with no provision in law for civil partnerships or adoption rights for LGBTs in those territories.
The Queensland parliamentary committee have now recommended that the sexual age of consent be standardised and the word “sodomy” be removed from the territory’s criminal code. The committee have suggested that the word “sodomy” be replaced with the term “anal intercourse”.
Austrailian born Brian McFadden is probably most famous for his stint in the EPIC boy band Westlife. He was the first to leave in 2004 to focus on his own solo career which spawned numerous number one singles.

However he has drawn condemnation from the some of LGBT community when he made a statement that homosexuality wasn’t a form of male and that men shouldn’t wear pink during a radio interview on More FM in Auckland.His publicist said the comments were taken out of context.
Speaking on LBC Katie Hopkins has given her sympathy for Labour politician Keith Vaz after alleged details were leaked about his private life. She scorned the moral outrage surrounding the Labour MP after newspapers reported on alleged sex and drug allegations details surrounding the MP’s private life.
She said,
“Little bit of sympathy and support for Keith Vaz this morning. Little bit of a shocker to find out your whole private life has been made public…. that your hooking up with a few rent boys is out there to be seen by the world.
“That you may have been indulging in a few things you didn’t want to.”
“I say ‘go Keith Vaz’. He was having a party in his pants, allegedly. Don’t just sit there and knock him from your sofa your sofa and knock and go ‘tut tut tut’.
“Remember you’ve all got skeletons in your closet, you’ve all got stuff to hide, you’ve all done dirty little things in your life.”
“If you haven’t, you haven’t lived, you’re probably and accountant in the public sector, I pity you. Rock on Keith Vaz. Sorry about your wife and kids and all that, but I say ‘go you’ and keep getting that party started. We need more people who are a bit more real. I don’t know why politicians have to be priests.”
Mr Vaz has now stepped down as the chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee following newspaper claims that he allegedly paid for services of two male escorts.
In a statement he said,
“It is in the best interest of the Home Affairs Select Committee that its important work can be conducted without any distractions whatsoever.
“I am genuinely sorry that recent events make it impossible for this to happen if I remain chair. “
Twitter has seemingly suspended the account of St8UpGayPorn.com and has yet to reply to calls for an explanation from the website’s editor Zachary Sire.
The editor claims, via a post on the site, that neither he or any of the people who tweet from the website’s Twitter account have violated any of Twitter’s terms of service.
Writing on the website, Sire said,
“The inexplicable suspension could’ve happened for any reason, and after nearly 48 hours, Twitter has yet to provide Str8UpGayPorn or any of the account’s 30,000 followers with an explanation as to why the account was suspended.
“Multiple inquiries and appeals have been made to Twitter to have the account un-suspended, and this should be resolved before the end of the week. Even when and if the account is un-suspended, this incident serves as a good reminder that Twitter’s so-called rules are arbitrarily enforced, and anyone can be suspended at any time, fair or not.”
The site, which reports on news from the gay porn industry, has in the past come under criticism for some of the stories and the way in which it reports on various individuals, however has a legion of fans who reacted to the news with shock.

Sometimes we try to imagine the minds of those commenting on DM’s stories, but we get very claustrophobic.
So the DM reported that some of London’s traffic lights have LGBT symbols where the green light should be. Around 50 traffic lights in central London have been modified so that the green light has LGBT icons glowing instead of just a green light. The symbols include, two men or two women holding hands – or the gender symbols linking together…
Well commenters on the piece are mad. So very mad about this crazed PC world we live in.
One concerned citizen even called for a law to ban all political correctness and repeal all “p.c” laws that have been passed in the last 50 years.
Others were, of course, concerned that the tax payer might have been footing the bill for the scheme, whilst another was concerned that in time to come that “straight people will not be the norm”
Of course our absolute favorite was this rant which questioned why the gay community needed to parade its sexuality… Unlike the hetero community, which quietly goes on about it’s business – unless of course they’re on Jeremy Kyle.
The former X Factor star has started to showcase his dramatic weight loss since his time on the 8th series of X Factor – yes that was the year that gave us Marcus Collins and Kitty Brucknell.

The singer who has been working on a debut album has also been working out – and has slimmed down by over 4 stones from 16 stone to a healthy twelve stone.

Craig, now 27-years-old has lost an incredible 4 stone revealing a stunning jaw line and smile. However he recently spoke about how he was still plagued with insecurities. Speaking on Loose Women he told the panel,
“My insecurities began to heighten. When people lose weight, your insecurities can become stronger.”
But he did give credit to his boyfriend for having a big impact on his weight loss programme. He said,
“I think a healthy good relationship has made a good impact on my life,
“I was in quite a toxic relationship, and they would pick up on my insecurities and use them.”
Now Craig, who lives with his boyfriend, is showcasing a happier, healthier side to his life.
