The former Butler for Princess Diana has come out as gay and plans to marry his partner.

The UK’s most famous butler turned reality star and tell-all author, Paul Burrell has come out as gay and revealed plans to marry his boyfriend, lawyer Graham Cooper.
He recently divorced his wife of 32 years and they have two sons together, Alexander and Nicholas.
Paul is most famous for being the butler of Princess Diana at the time of her death in 1997. He has released a number of books of his time as a staff member for the royals and has sold over 2 million books. He has also appeared on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and Celebrity Big Brother.
A spokesperson for the couple told The Sun, “I can confirm their forthcoming marriage.”
Danny Watts, an award-winning, high profile racing driver has come out as gay and is believed to be the first in the sport.

Danny Watts, 37, is believed to be first high-profile racing driving to come out in Europe. Speaking to THEGAYUK.com he said it was “such a good feeling” to be out.
“There was something burning inside that said ‘right, you can’t hide it anymore, you’ve got to be free and be true to yourself and let it go out there’.
“I told close family members and friends. There was obviously shock to start with but people were also very supportive, which was nice.
“So I thought if they’re cool with it, let’s go with it.”
Danny ended his driving career after Le Mans last year to focus on driver coaching. He admitted that he was “concerned” about coming out before he retired from racing, about how sponsors and team members might have reacted to the news about his sexuality.
Speaking about how he feels since coming out and advice for others considering coming out, Danny said,
“So what’s the best solution?
“Just come out and just do it. If it’s out there and everyone knows about it then they can think what they want, whether it’s good or bad or ugly.
“At least I can get into bed at night not having to think about it and know that it’s out in the open and I can live life a lot happier.”
Danny joins just a handful of out professional sportsmen and women in the UK.
Coronation Street actor Rob Mallard has opened up publicly about his sexuality, revealing that he is gay.
Rob Mallard has spoken out about his sexuality for the first time in a revealing interview with Gay Times. He said that he didn’t want to hide who he is, despite being out to his family and friends since he was 17.
Speaking to GT the actor said that he never planned to keep his sexuality secret, but was fearful that if fans of the show knew that he was gay, they might have trouble believing in his character.
He said,
“I never planned to keep it quiet that I was gay. The only concern I had at first was if I’m with a female character, will an audience who knows I’m gay in real life believe it? But that was just my own fears because I do believe they will.”
The actor revealed that he came out to his family at the age of 17 and he says they immediately accepted him and showed their support.
The actor plays the son of Ken Barlow in ITV’s long-running soap. He joined the soap last year.

Fox frontman Shep Smith has come out as gay in an interview with Huffington Post. The 52-year-old, who has worked for the news network since it went on the air 20 years ago said that the network was a “very warm and loving and comfortable place.”
He was previously married to a woman but has also appeared in Out.com’s Power list. He also attended the 19th Annual National Lesbian And Gay Journalists Association New York Benefit in 2014.
The Queen’s cousin, Lord Ivar Mountbatten, 53, (pictured on the right) has revealed that he is gay and in a relationship with his boyfriend James Coyle (not in picture), who is an air steward.
He is the first member of the extended Royal Family to have come out as openly gay. He is the great-great-great- grandson of Queen Victoria.
“Now everyone in our family knows and could not be more supportive. Neither of us wanted to have relationships which were transitory; the stereotypical view of gay relationships is that they are too fleeting, too frequent”.
Lord Mountbatten, who had been previously married to a woman, although they separated in 2010, hasn’t ruled out marrying his partner, James, saying,
“If you’d raised that six months or even two weeks ago, I’d have said ‘No way’. But now it’s out there [he means the fact he’s gay], anything is possible”
Speaking about how his three daughters felt about him and his partner, Lord Mountbatten said,
“In an ideal world, I know the girls would like their mother and father still to be together, but they love their 21st Century family that we have built too. Their father has a boyfriend. It’s that complicated and that simple, but finding James means I will not have to lie to anyone or grow old on my own.”
American singer Ryan Beatty has come out as a “raging homosexual”.
The popular 20-year-old singer came out in an instagram post saying,
“Proud to be a raging homosexual. it’s taken 20 years of suffocating in the closet for me to become comfortable enough to say it, but now I can finally breathe. i did it!”
The singer who has amassed a huge social following, with 305,000 followers on Instagram and nearly 400,000 on twitter, many of whom praised and congratulated him on his decision to make his sexuality public knowledge.
He took a moment to thank his supporters for their kind words and said,

Nicky Morgan, the Minister for Women and Equal Opportunity said she was delighted for the couple.
The UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron, who announced that he is to resign after failing to secure a Remain vote in the EU Referendum tweeted his congratulations saying her announcement was “great news”.
Justin Greening later said that she was, “amazed and overwhelmed” by the support and that she really “appreciated” the messages.
Christian Rock singer Trey Pearson has come out as gay in a heartfelt letter to his fans.

The lead singer of a Christian rock group, Everyday Sunday has come out as gay. Speaking directly to his fans in a heartfelt letter, Trey Pearson revealed that coming out has lifted a weight and that he’s never felt such freedom.
“I never wanted to be gay. I was scared of what God would think and what all of these people I loved would think about me,
“But if this honesty with myself about who I am, and who I was made by God to be, doesn’t constitute as the peace that passes all understanding, then I don’t know what does. It is like this weight I have been carrying my whole life has been lifted from me, and I have never felt such freedom.”
He said that he hoped his fans “would hear his heart” and that he would still be loved. His band has had considerable successful since their first album released in 2009.
“I hope people will hear my heart, and that I will still be loved. I’m still the same guy, with the same heart, who wants to love God and love people with everything I have.”
“I should have made a comment or a statement, but I just wasn’t ready. I didn’t feel like I owed anyone anything. I think in due time, everyone has to make those decisions when they’re ready, and I wasn’t yet. But I felt like I was letting people down by not coming forward with the rest of what I should have said…People who are so judgmental about those who are gay or different don’t realize that acting 24 hours a day is the most exhausting thing in the world.”
The actor, said he had been out to his family and friends for many years.
The 27-year-old continued,
“It took me so long to get to this point, but I’m doing so good. I’m happier than I’ve ever been, and healthier than I’ve ever been, and that’s what I care about.”
The gay icon Sharon Osbourne, 63, has revealed that she now regrets not experimenting with other women in the past and thinks everybody is a bit gay.
She revealed her bisexuality during an appearance on the US talk show, The Talk.

Although Brixton born Sharon is married to Ozzy Osbourne, she hinted during her interview that she had missed out on experimentation with people of the same sex when she was younger.
“I am not a little bit gay, I am extremely interested in the fact of what I missed out on. But it is too late now.”
