ISIS fighters in Iraq have thrown another man they believed to be gay to his death.

The man who was bound by his feet and arms was thrown from a tall building to his death in Rawa City in Iraq after being accused of being gay in the latest affront to gay people, or people thought to be gay in Islamic State-controlled areas.

The so-called Islamic State adopts Sharia Law for its judicial system. Sharia law forbids homosexuality.

    SHARIA WHAT DOES IT MEAN:

Islam’s legal system, derived from the Koran

Informs every aspect of Muslims’ lives

Islamic jurists issue formal guidance through fatwas, or religious edicts

Sharia law includes provisions for capital and corporal punishment but modern scholars say getting to that stage can be difficult

  • Church That Bans Same-Sex Marriage “Bewildered” By Ban On Cinema Advert

A new advert which was due to be aired in cinemas across the UK has been banned because it may cause offense.

The advert which was due to be played before showings of the new Star Wars film has been banned on the grounds that it could offend those of other faiths and no faiths.

The 60-second advert featured the Lord’s Prayer being recited by many different types of people. The Church of England warned the ban would have a “chilling” effect on free speech.

The advert, which is aimed at encouraging people to “just pray” was passed and given a U certificate by the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) and cleared by the CAA (Cinema Advertising Authority) but it was banned by the Digital Cinema Media (DCM) agency, the company which administrates the advertising for the UK’s big brand cinemas including Odeon, Cineworld and Vue.

Speaking to the BBC the director of communications for the Church of England, the Reverend Arun Arora said,

“We find that really astonishing, disappointing and rather bewildering.

“The prospect of many families attending the release of the new Star Wars film had seemed a good opportunity to launch the advert and a new website justpray.uk to promote prayer ahead of Christmas.

“The Lord’s Prayer is prayed by billions of people across the globe every day, and in this country has been part of everyday life for centuries.”

The advert is for a campaign called #JustPray and carries the names of The Church of England and All Churches Trust Limited.

The Church of England were strong opponents of the same-sex marriage law when it was being debated and passed as law in 2013 and issued a response informing the Government that it could not “support” the law calling it “divisive” and “unwise” and threatened that any change in the law could and adversly affect the Church’s placement in the legal system. It said,

“The Church of England‘s unique place in the current marriage law of England means that the proposals will potentially have a very significant impact on our ability to serve the people of the nation as we have always done.”

The response from the then coalition Government was to place a legal “lock” on the Church, meaning it would never have to allow same-sex couples to be wed within any of its Churches, effectively banning LGBT people from using the Church in the same way heterosexual people have access to the Church.

  • ISIS Stone Two “Gay” Men To Death On Tarpaulin

Pictures have emerged of two men, their hands bound behind their backs, rocks surrounding their bloody, lifeless bodies. Their crime? Accused of being gay by the so-called Islamic State.

    Warning report contains distressing images.

Pictures of the lifeless, bloodied bodies of two men, accused by ISIS fighters of being gay have emerged on social media. The two men were executed by stoning, with their hands bound behind their backs and blindfolded, on top of a tarpaulin in Aleppo, the largest city in Syria.

Violence against gay men or those accused of being gay, by the Islamic state has increased in 2015, with well attended public executions usually concluding with the victims being thrown off the tallest buildings in the area. If the victims survive the surrounding crowds often stone them to death.

Last month 10 males included a 15-year-old boy were murdered, in the most violent day against gay men in territories controlled by the so-called Islamic State, which adopts Sharia Law. Homosexuality is illegal in states and countries that adopt Sharia law.

  • LISTEN: UK Man Loses Entire Family After He Comes Out As Gay

A caller to a radio station talks about how he lost everything when he came out as gay to his Jehovah Witnesses family.

A caller to LBC spoke about how he lost everything within 24 hours after he came out to his parents. The man called James, spoke about how his entire family “disowned” him because of their religious beliefs. He and his family are Jehovah Witnesses.

James’s heart wrenching call also revealed that he hasn’t spoken to his mother in 4 years after he came out to her. Whilst he was recovering in a psychiatric hospital she phoned him one night to ask if he was gay.
After he said that he was gay, his mother said,

“Well I’ll always love you, but, if you ever have a boyfriend, you know we can never see you again and you will be disowned.”

He said that although he still lives in the same town as his family, if they see him about, they stop whatever they are doing and walk away.

Sex between consenting same-sex men and women can now attract 100 lashes as punishment in the Indonesian province of Aceh.

The law that was introduced in 2014 is only now being enforced and affects Muslim women and men, whether they are local or visiting the province. The province has become steadily stricter and is allowed to implement Sharia law under an agreement with the national government made in 2001.

Provincial Sharia chief Syahrizal Abbas told the AFP news agency,

“The law is to safeguard human dignity. It is to protect Aceh’s Muslims from committing immoral acts,”

  • ISIS Murder “gay couple” In Double Execution

At least four men accused of being gay have been executed by Islamic State (ISIS) over the weekend.

Pictures have emerged which show two men being thrown to their deaths, believed to be a couple, from a building in Iraq.Speaking to ARA News an eyewitness said that two young Iraqi men were brutally thrown to their deaths from a tall building.

    The eye-witness said,

“On Sunday afternoon, Daesh (ISIS) called on the people of Mosul to gather in the square of Bab al-Toub in order to witness the execution of the two allegedly (gay) men.”

They are just the most recent victims in a long list of men, accused of being gay to be executed. Last month it is alleged that IS fighters executed 10 people including a 15-year-old boy on charges of homosexuality.

Civil rights activist Raed Ahmed told ARA News that ISIS was accusing men of being gay on “superficial information” and without investigation.
