For this excellent compelling documentary Joseph Levy chose to profile three wildly different restaurants/eating establishments whose proprietors and chefs had one thing in common: sheer passion that could also be perceived as lunacy too. One that hopefully awaits a coveted Michelin 3 Star, the second is country eatery run by several generations of the dame family for years, and the third a husband/wife trying fulfil their own American dream with their small Mexican Restaurant that is sadly destined not to survive.
