    A YouTuber who revealed a dramatic weight-loss of over 3 stone in 3 month has spoken out about the truth behind his super skinny appearance.

    Georgie Aldous stunned his fans last year when he revealed a picture, looking happy with his 3 stone weight loss – something he achieved in just three months.

    Now he’s warned his fans against starving yourself to lose weight.

    In a stark post published on Instagram, he admitted to being addicted to losing weight and feeling addicted to the feeling of hunger. He also admitted that he’d train so much that he’d feel faint due to lack of calories.

    The beauty vlogger who is paving the way for men to wear makeup, said that he was “okay okay at the beginning but then it got too much. i got addicted to feeling hungry. i got addicted to losing weight. i remember going out and running and almost fainting due to not eating!”

    Before his 3 stone weight loss, Georgie weighed 16 stone 6 lbs. He said that he managed to slim down to 13 stone 1lb by “eating clean” and being on Slimming World and eating a vegan diet.

    He left his fans with this advice, “ please don’t ever starve yourself to lose weight or to meet expectations because you’re much better than that”.

    Smoothie in hand, Georgie Aldous has revealed how he managed to lose a staggering 3 stone in just three months. From 16 stone 6lbs down to 13 stone 1lbs Georgie explained how it was achieved by mainly eating ‘clean’.

    Georgie with family before his stunning 3 stone weight loss. Since his vegan lifestyle he’s lost inches off his waistline and reduced his weight from 16 stone 6lbs to just over 13 stone.

    Smiling: But much happier now he’s lost 3 stones in weight. Georgie revealed that he’s never been happier or healthier since embarking on his vegan lifestyle.

     

    “I’m on slimming world, but I am full vegan… and I just try and eat healthy when I can…

    “I’m just basically cutting out the crap that you know you shouldn’t be eating: cakes, crisps, fries, McDonalds, takeaways, kebabs, fatty pizzas,

    “I still do eat pizza, it’s just healthy pizza, so I don’t get cheese on it – because I’m vegan. It’s tomato based and veg!”

    Georgie also declared that he also drinks two cups of anti-oxidant rich green tea a day plus a staggering one large jar of water every two hours, telling his audience that it flushes your system out and keeps the digestion system busy!

    For exercise Georgie revealed that he goes on the treadmill every other day for 30 minutes, with interval training – using speed walking and then running for five minutes. He finishes his fitness routine with pull-ups, crunches and star-jumps.

    “Please tell me why it’s an issue for men to wear makeup in 2016” asks Georgie Aldous in his new vlog.

    Vegan YouTuber Georgie has made a video about why no one should be batting an eyelid if men wear makeup – especially in 2016.

    Recalling a conversation where his mum questioned if he wanted to be a transvestite because of selfie he posted to Facebook, in which he wore false nails and makeup, he hit back saying, “Stop living in the dark ages.”

    He argued,

    “Makeup isn’t gendered in my opinion. I can wear makeup if I want to, doesn’t mean I want to be woman, I’m happy being a man. I just love to express myself through makeup.

    “Makeup is art at the end of the day.”

    UK YouTuber Georgie Aldous has a message for haters.

    UK YouTuber Georgie Aldous who came out as gay in May this year has a message he’d like to give to the bigots and haters.
    Taking to Facebook he said,

    “It’s nearly 2016 so if you’re still against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender people I am worried for you – Learn to love and respect people for who they truly are”

    In a recent video he also admitted that his father did not know about his sexuality, but he was happy with himself. He added that all his immediate family including his mother knew about his sexuality.
    He said that the reason why he hadn’t told his father is that he seemed “non accepting”.

    “I’m not here to bash him or say that he’s a bad person, he is a good father to me” .

    UK based Vlogger Georgie, 16, has officially come out on YouTube on his one year anniversary of Vlogging in a video called simply, Coming Out.

    During his 12-minute video, Georgie talks about his experience of coming out at school and the bullying he was subjected to. His torments were so bad after the news spread around his school, he said he had to get changed for PE/gym class, at a separate time from the rest of his male classmates and had to be escorted to the changing rooms by a teacher.

    He posted the video along with this message:

    “This video is in honor(sic) of my Channelversary, some of you may’ve known and some not. This was a very hard video for me to post, I’m not sad in this because I can now say that i’m happy and confident with who I am, I hope this helps some of you who are going through the same thing or something similar, just remember that you’re never alone. I hope you still support me, love you always x”
