Speaking to THEGAYUK (issue 3) about how he manages to keep his body in a shipshape condition the 38-year-old star revealed, that he does all his training at home. He also told us that he has to keep his trademark six pack because of an issue with his back. He’s suffered from a chronic back condition since he was 17 and relies on a strong core to keep him mobile.
He said,
“I do it all at home. I have a really bad back so from the age of 17 I had to exercise every day otherwise my back gets really knackered.
I always felt a bit of phoney, because everyone was like “oh my god look at his body” and I was like, well if I don’t I’m f**ked. I still do all the sit-ups and I’ve still got my six-pack.”

“It also contributed a large part to my drug and alcohol abuse in my twenties.”Austin finally took the test recently and faced his fears. On finding out he was negative he said,
