Last night Sir Elton John celebrated his first number 1 album in 22 years thanks to Australian dance duo Pnau.
The pair remixed a selection of John’s songs from 1970-1976 for their album Good Morning To The Night. It is Elton’s first number 1 album since the 1990 release The Very Best of Elton John. John’s last number 1 single was back in 2005 as a featured artist on the 2Pac release ‘Ghetto Gospels‘.
