    Lesbian Visibility Day is an annual day to celebrate and bring visibility to lesbians in the LGBT+ community. There is also the International Lesbian Day, which has been observed since the 1990s.

    Lesbian Visibility Day was first observed in 2008 and was created to ensure the visibility of the lesbian community.

    Pansexual Awareness Day was first observed in 2015 and was created to ensure the visibility of the pansexual community.

    The pansexual flag was designed sometime in the mid-2010s. The designer is unknown. It is comprised of three coloured horizontal stripes, from top to bottom: Pink, Yellow and Cyan.

    Bisexual Awareness Month is the first of three major events celebrating the bisexual community. There is also Celebrate Bisexuality Day and Bisexual Awareness Week.

    Bisexual Awareness Month is always celebrated in March, just after the UK’s LGBT History Month and was created in 2014 to bring attention to the health and well being of the bi community.

    Bisexual Awareness Month is more of a health awareness month for the bi community was first observed in 2014, by the Bisexual Resource Center in the US. Bisexual Health Awareness Month, also known as #BiHealthMonth is “a social media campaign dedicated to raising awareness about the bisexual+ community’s social, economic, and health disparities, advocating for resources, and inspiring actions to improve bi+ people’s well-being”.

    When is Asexual Awareness week in 2020?

    The Asexual Awareness week is an important part of the LGBT+ calendar and it takes place in October.

    Asexual Awareness Week was first celebrated in 2010 and aims to bring awareness to asexual or Ace people in the LGBT+ community. It was founded to support and celebrate asexuality and gray asexuality by Asexual advocate Sara Beth Brooks in 2010.

    In 2020 Asexual Awareness Week takes place on the last full week of October, meaning it will take place between 25th to the 31st of October (Sunday to Saturday)

    What are the colours of the Asexual Pride flag?

    The asexual pride flag consists of (from top to bottom) a black, grey, white and purple stripe. It was designed by an AVEN user named, “standup”, and first posted at 4:36 PM on June 30th, 2010.
