With the release this week of Fire and Fury, President Donald Trump has gone on the defense, calling the book claiming to reveal the private workings of the White House a “phony” and referring to former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon–who is quoted frequently in the book – as “Sloppy Steve.”
