American Idol fails to excite audiences as figures show the lowest audience figures since the first series.
We’ve been hearing about the Mariah/Nicky catfights for months now in the run up to the brand new season of AI, however despite the divas’ antics Ms. Carey and Ms. Minaj have failed to ignite interest in the new programming. The programme ratings are a disappointing 19% down on last year’s figures.
