Australian beaut Chris Hemsworth has showcased his ripped body as he plunges into a private pool whilst on holiday on Hamilton Island, Queensland.

Chris Hemsworth, it seems, likes to holiday local after choosing the exotic holiday resort of Qualia Resort on Hamilton Island – just off the coast of Australia’s Queensland.

The Home and Away turned Hollywood hunk looked body perfect as he dived into his private pool. His companion Elsa snapped away as Chris dived into the infinity pool. With one of the pictures looking as though he was about bellyflop.

But it’s not all relaxation for the actor as he told his fans he took an early morning jog around the island.

However he did hint he was keeping it low-key – by revealing he didn’t break out in a sweat or got out of breath.

Quick jog round @hamiltonisland this morning, as you can see I'm neither out of breath or sweaty, thats because it was more of a walk than a jog and i had a hat on, nor did I take this shot with a cool old school hipster camera like it may appear due to the light leaks on the image, I actually used an app on my very futuristic non hipster phone, I'm full of misconception and trickery, sort of like a magician, slight of hand kinda stuff. @australia @qualiaresort
