He also wrote that despite being eligible for a green card, because he married a US citizen, he is seeking asylum – so that he never has to return to a country where there are “so many citizens eager to see me imprisoned or dead.”

    Becoming a target

He says that he fears that he could become a target as “surely no one is at greater risk of random attacks in the street than a famous gay conservative writer known for his uncompromising defenses of Western civilization and his critiques of oppressive, sexist religious customs like the burka”.

He pointed out that a poll for Channel 4 found that half of all British Muslims think homosexuality should be illegal, and a quarter of them want sharia law instituted in the UK and a poll of 500 Muslims found that there was zero tolerance for homosexuality in a poll conducted a decade ago.

  • Has Facebook deleted Milo Yiannopoulos?

    Has Facebook deleted Milo Yiannopoulos?

It looks as though Facebook has deleted Milo Yiannopoulos’s page on the platform.

Having amassed a whopping 2.3 million likes on Facebook it seems Milo Yiannopoulos‘s page has been suspended from the social media giant. The page went missing on the 30th October, with the controversial public speaker and journalist taking to his Instagram account to upload a picture of his page on Facebook – now an error holding page saying “this is a new one”.

Now when a visitor now goes Yiannopoulos’s page on Facebook they are greeted with a standard, “sorry, something went wrong” page.

Milo is no stranger to being banned from social media, he was first unverified then removed from Twitter in 2016.

To top it all of, the mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio requested that a talk about the politics of Halloween to be given at NYU by Yiannopoulos be rescheduled. Yiannopoulos wrote, that he was “without question the most censored man in America”, before saying that the 1st Amendment, the free speech amendment in the US was dead.

Yiannopoulos revealed last week that Facebook allegedly told him to take some of his statuses down claiming that he was supporting terrorism, saying, “This is why you don’t see me jump on current affairs and be present these days. I can’t express the same opinions that even other conservatives do. I don’t want to lose these accounts or leave Facebook and Instagram. But they’re basically instructing me what jokes I can make and what opinions I can have at this point, capriciously, arbitrarily and inconsistently, doing the bidding of SJW journalists”.

On Instagram, he wrote, “The entire city of New York is terrified of one gay man stepping out of line and calling out the Left as the intolerant, censorious crybabies they are. And they just proved it—by censoring me again. I couldn’t ask for more conclusive proof: The Mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, today demanded my talk at NYU be canceled (“rescheduled” in their euphemistic language) and the President of NYU has complied. So. It’s not happening. I’ll post my talk online tomorrow instead. RIP, First Amendment. They’re not even pretending any more”.

“Journalists have made it too dangerous for my husband and I to go out for dinner together”

    (C) PR Supplied

Controversial author and journalist Milo Yiannopoulos has defended a post in which he praised the recent bomb threats in the USA towards top Democrats.

In his original post, which has now been deleted, Yiannopoulos wrote, “Just catching up with news of all these pipe bombs, Disgusting and sad (that they didn’t go off, and the daily beast didn’t get one).”

The Clintons, the Obamas, CNN and other Trump critics were all targetted in the recent mail bomb campaign.

Initially, Instagram refused to delete the post, despite a backlash, with the Daily Beast running a story about Instagram’s decision not to remove the post.

In true Milo style, he released a defence of the post saying,

“Journalists have made it too dangerous for my husband and I to go out for dinner together in new york with the lies and name-calling they have been doing for YEARS to try to destroy me. I need private security whenever I appear in public. but they cry when I make a joke — about a false flag designed to distract us from the Democrat funded and organized illegal migrant caravan. utter scum. I won’t mourn them. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER STOP MAKING JOKES ABOUT WHATEVER THE F**K I WANT AND NO ONE WILL STOP ME AND I DO NOT CARE WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES ARE. YOU WILL NEVER SILENCE ME. YOU WILL NEVER CENSOR ME. PERIOD”.

Instagram have since removed the post, saying that it didn’t follow their community guidelines.

Milo responded by saying, “It doesn’t matter whether your post violates their terms of service or not—only whether enough social justice warriors complain about it. Mob rule”.
