    Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black have announced their engagement.

    The loved up pair, who have been dating for 2 years announced their engagement via The Times in the Births, Deaths and Marriages section.
    “The engagement is announced between Tom, son of Robert and Debra Daley of Plymouth, and Lance, son of Jeff Bisch of Philadelphia and Anne Bisch of Lake Providence.”
    Tom Daley first hinted that he was in a relationship with DLB in his coming out video back in December 2013. He said that he had fallen in love with someone that had changed his life.
    Hurrah for the pair and we’re eagerly awaiting our invite…

    Tom Daley was recently revealed as being one of the UK’s top gay icons, as voted for by readers of THEGAYUK. He came runner up to Stephen Fry.

    Filming starts for the LONG AWAITING Fab Ab movie in two weeks time. It’s been announced that Jennifer Saunders has roped in Dragons’ Den star Kelly Hoppen for a role in the film.

    In a convo with Digital Spy Hoppen wasn’t giving anything away

    “My lips are zipped for a while. So you’ll have to wait and see!”

    The film will also star heartthob and professional M&S pant wearer David Gandy.

  • What Exactly Does Dean Gaffney Call His Little Gaffney?

    According to the EastEnder icon’s brother Dean Gaffney calls his one-eyed monster Wellard, after his on screen dog.

    It’s nothing but revelation after revelation when it comes to what the stars are calling their penises. Firstly Channing Tatum revealed that he calls his Little Tatum, Gilbert. Then Made In Chelsea Jamie Laing exposed his penises’ name as Mercutio. Now Gaffney’s dong has been named, as Wellard.

    The news came to light after Gaffney returned to EastEnders as Robbie, after a long break and according to the actor’s brother, Gary, he calls his willy Wellard after the dog which was Robbie’s pet.

    His brother regaled a story about how Dean would answer fans who asked how Wellard was, to which Gaffney apparently would look in the direction of his crotch and say: “Yeah, he’s alright!”

    Dean Gaffney returns to Walford / EastEnders with Wellard 2 for an 8 episode stint.

  • It Is All Good: Azealia Is Not Homophobic She Has Gay Employees

    American rapper Azealia Banks defends outrageous homophobic language against a Delta airline steward, by claiming that she’s not homophobic because she has gay employees.

    A damming video, hosted by TMZ, from inside the plane shows Ms. Banks having a fracas with staff on board a Delta aircraft. In the video the words “f**king Fggot are heard, and are alleged to have been aimed at the flight attendant who was trying to calm the situation down.

    Taking to Twitter the “212” rapper defended her words by saying that her employees were gay, her brother was trans and herself bisexual.
    She said,

    “I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. . Nothing else to say.

    “I only OWE an apology to my fans. My true true ride or die fans. The rest of yall can pick up a rock and suck on it !!

    “And to be quite honest IM [sic) REALLY tired of the world trying to police the way black women should or shouldn’t express themselves.”

  • Hot Rising Brit Star Tom Holland Out On Double Date At Planet Hollywood

    On what looks like a cosy double date, Tom Holland was spotted at Planet Hollywood in London last night.

    Tom and his close buddy Harrison Osterfield were accompanied by friends on a recent trip out to central London. The cosy foursome sat in the Gremlin booth in the famous eatery.

    Tom, the soon to be the new Peter Parker in Spiderman for Captain America: Civil War and the yet untitled Spiderman film due out in 2017 is probably best known for his role in the hit blockbuster, Billy Elliot.It seems it’s nothing but Hollywood for the 19-year-old heartthrob – even the restaurants he attends have the iconic star-making neighbourhood named in the title!

  • Azealia Banks Hurls Homophobic Abuse At Flight Attendant

    Working her way up to most homophobic celeb ever, Azealia Banks was caught on camera hurling abuse at a Delta flight attendant after not being allowed to deplane.

    Fouled mouthed Azealia Banks called a male Delta flight attendant a ‘Fing Fot’ on a flight from New York to Los Angeles. TMZ who has the story says that the outspoken rapper had a scuffle with some fellow passengers whilst trying to deplane. When a flight attendant stepped in and told her to calm down, she calls him the vile anti-gay slur.

    According to the gossip site, the police caught up with Ms Banks in the airport, but no charges have been pressed.

    Ms Banks is known to use the gay slur, often using it on social media and is well known for her spats with Perez Hilton

    She tweeted that she was on another flight “waiting for another bitch ass flight attendant to try me.”

  • Patti Labelle Goes Diva On Fan And Calls Him A Bitch

    It’s quite a sight to see, but Soul Diva Patti LaBelle went kray kray on a fan after he unbuttoned his shirt on her stage.

    Having been invited up on stage by the Lady Marmalade diva, the man, unbuttoned his shirt and was dancing to Ms. Labelle’s set, when she halted proceedings.

    It’s fair to say she was not happy.

    “I am 71 years young. I am not Nicki Minaj or that little Miley,

    The unnamed man then started getting provocative towards the singer and pushed his bootie out at Ms. LaBelle, whose reaction shows why you don’t mess with Ms. LaBelle… whoever you are.

    “Don’t your dare. Not on my stage. No, thank you. Let me say something.”

    She then seemingly barged at the man and called him a bitch before her security roughly removed the fan from the stage. She yelled after them to make sure he left the building.

     

    She then apologised to the audience for the showdown, saying,

    “He’s a rude American, or whoever, whatever he is… don’t ever, come in my face again… NEXT!”

  • Homophobic Doctor Told Sue Perkins “You can’t have kids” Because She Is Lesbian

    Popular Great British Bake Off presenter Sue Perkins, spoke about a horrific homophobic remark from a doctor about her ability to have children after learning she was gay.

    Sue Perkins, 45, was recounting how she was told that due to her having a brain tumour that she would be unable to have children and it would be “easier” for her because of her sexuality. The presenter is who currently presenting this series of GBBO has been living with the benign tumour for eight years.

    The growth of the tumour in her pituitary gland means that the presenter will be unable to give birth to a child. Upon being told about the tumour, her Consultant asked if she had a husband or boyfriend and after learning that Perkins was gay apparently said,

    “Oh, OK. Well, that makes it easier. You’re infertile. You can’t have kids.”

    Talking about her treatment in her memoir, Perkins replies:

    “Does not a lesbian have a fallopian tube? Am I not human, and [am] I not somebody who could be a lovely, wonderful mother?”

    Sue Perkins was outted by her former girlfriend Rhona Cameron in 2002 during a series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. In 2014 Perkins and TV presenter Anna Richardson announced that they were in a relationship.

  • Allies And LGBT Icons Who Died In 2015

    There have been a number of sad losses for the LGBT community in 2015. Here are some of those who will be sadly missed for their great contribution to the community.

    Jackie Collins

    Jackie Collins lost her battle with stage 4 breast cancer on the 19th September. Her sister Joan Collins is said to be “devastated” by the loss. Jackie Collins had written 32 books in her lifetime and had included a gay character from the very beginning. She lost a very close childhood friend to suicide, Peter, who was gay. His suicide prompted her to say to Out Magazine,

    “One day he committed suicide. And that made me think really deeply about the problems that some poor guys go through when they want to come out.

    “I’ll never forget Peter,” she says. “He was so good-looking; he had curly hair, and he was tall and lovely. He just couldn’t come out, and then he killed himself. He must have been about 17, maybe.”

    The 33-year-old South African activist and model died after being diagnosed with lymphatic cancer. He was Mr Gay South Africa in 2009 and became Mr Gay World in 2010. With his win, Mr. Van den Berg said he wanted to,

    “break down stereotypes and differing mindsets in the global community and promote oneness and equality for all people by bridging the gap between those mindsets.

    “It is my understanding that people are people before we are different.”

    Legendary performer and entertainer Cilla Black died after a fall, following a stroke at her Spanish home. Her musical career spawned two number hits, Anyone Who Had A Heart and You’re My World and a slew of top 10s including Aflie.

    The 46-year-old son of Joe Biden died from brain cancer. Beau Biden was the eldest son of Joe Biden. He was described as an “outspoken supporter of LGBT rights” by Advocate magazine. He had been battling brain cancer for several years.

    ‘I am devastated. Rich was my soul mate, my collaborator, my best friend and my life. Seeing him battle ALS for four years with such grace and courage inspired me and all who knew him.

    In this dark time, I take some consolation in the fact that he got to see Still Alice go out into the world. He put his heart and soul into that film, and the fact that it touched so many people was a constant joy to him.

    Shafer first came to public attention when he appeared at age 27 in a photo spread in Playgirl Magazines ‘Holiday 1990’ issue, and was chosen as their Man Of The Year in 1992. He documented all the process and pressures he was under from all sides to pose as straight into the 1995 movie he directed and starred in. He died on the 8th March 2015.

An out lesbian, who had been with her partner Lpis Sasson a jeweller designer for 33 years, Ms. Gore also hosted the PBS TV series In The Life which focused ion LGBT matters in 2004

  • Collabro Jamie: X FACTOR Paraded “Gay Married Couples Around Like Animals In A Zoo”

    Jamie Lambert, from the Britain’s, Got Talent band Collabro has criticised X FACTOR for “parading” a gay married couple in last night’s show like “animals in a zoo.”

    Married couple Chris and Gabriel from Milton Keynes managed to gain four votes from the judging panel after they sung Ellie Goulding’s Love Me Like You Do. The pair received a positive response from the arena audience as well as the judging panel.

    Grimshaw, who is currently part of the judging panel said,

    “It felt like you meant it and there was so much sincerity in it and I think that’s why everyone liked it in here. I could feel the love coming off you.”

    “You are a prime example to our generation and I am so glad gay marriage was legalised in this country,”

    However, it seems as Jamie Lambert is less than impressed and tweeted that he felt that the X FACTOR producers were “parading gay married couples around like animals in a zoo”.

    A number of his followers on Twitter seemed to agree with Jamie, with one saying, “Completely agree! It was sweet but they really weren’t that good….x”
    Lambert revealed that he was gay, in an interview with The Sun, after Collabro won the 2014 series of BGT.
