Following rumours and speculation, the Queen of Pop is back! MADONNA is confirmed to perform at this year’s show, marking an incredible twenty years since she last performed on what is the biggest and most prestigious night in the UK music calendar.

Madonna’s performance will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the night, and will be a show-stopping preview to her thirteenth studio album ‘Rebel Heart’ which is released on March 9th through Universal Music.

BRITs Chairman Max Lousada said: “We’re delighted to bring Madonna back to the BRITS. She’s an icon, an innovator and, above all, an entertainer. Having her as part of the show will guarantee an unforgettable night of music.”

Madonna has a rich history with the BRITS, with twelve nominations in total and two wins in 2001 and 2006, both for Best International Female, and a stunning performance in 1995 of her Top 5 single ‘Bedtime Stories’ – one of the BRITs most memorable performances in its 35-year history. With over 30 million albums sold worldwide, Madonna is a true music visionary and this BRITs moment is sure to be one to remember.
