Darling, sweetie… Harvey Nichols launches 5 brand new Spicetastic cocktails on the fifth floor.
So we’ve come through January’s dry out month and we’re fiendishly looking for some (Posh) alcohol to knock back. Luckily the lovely chaps at Harvey Nichols have come up with a (Scary) idea to get you nicely in the mood. So if you’re a good Sporty (ok that one doesn’t work so well, but you see where I’m going here…) head on over to the Fifth Floor of London’s iconic shopping hangout of Eddie and Patsy and grab yourself a Baby, Ginger, Scary, Posh or Sporty. Yes those clever boffins have created 5 show stopping drinks to compliment your afternoon of indulgence.
All 5 drinks are Champagne based and Dominic Jacobs, Fifth Floor Bar Manager created each drink highlighting the Girls’ most famous traits – while strawberries are the main flavour of Baby Spice, Posh Spice is a take on a classic Champagne Cocktail. Tied up in individual bows, from Union Jack to leopard skin, the VIVA FOREVER! cocktails are priced at £14.50 each and available until the end of April 2013.
- Baby Spice – Peach puree and fresh strawberries, Harvey Nichols Champagne
- Ginger Spice – Domaine de canton ginger liqueur, rose syrup topped with Champagne
- Scary Spice – Fresh chilli, lychee liqueur topped with Champagne
- Sporty Spice – Amaretto, curacao bleu and lemon juice topped with Champagne
- Posh Spice – Apricot brandy, sugar cube soaked in grapefruit bitters, topped with Champagne
The new cocktails are the perfect partner to the hugely popular, newly opened West End show Viva Forever – VIVA FOREVER! a joyous and contemporary musical inspired by the songs of the Spice Girls, produced by Judy Craymer and written by award-winning comedienne Jennifer Saunders.
