Dustin Lance Black is in hospital according to his husband, Tom Daley, after the Oscar-winning writer injured his knee dancing at a wedding. The writer apparently snapped his anterior cruciate ligament whilst attempting “dad dancing”.
The news was shared on Instagram by the diving Olympian, who published an intimate snap of the two kissing at a wedding the pair were attending. Of the picture, the diver wrote, “This was taken at the wedding we attended, where Lance snapped his ACL. He’s currently in surgery getting it fixed! Sending love and positive vibes his way”.
According to Healthline.com, “An anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear is an injury to the ligament in your knee that keeps your shinbone from sliding forward. The ACL stabilizes your knee, so tearing it either partially or completely can cause pain and swelling. It’s a common injury among athletes”.

Someone, please adjust Piers Morgan‘s tie before he had a seizure. The Good Morning Britain presenter blasted a BBC presenter after she used the term “snowpeople” instead of “snowmen”.

Having amassed a whopping 2.3 million likes on Facebook it seems Milo Yiannopoulos‘s page has been suspended from the social media giant. The page went missing on the 30th October, with the controversial public speaker and journalist taking to his Instagram account to upload a picture of his page on Facebook – now an error holding page saying “this is a new one”.
Now when a visitor now goes Yiannopoulos’s page on Facebook they are greeted with a standard, “sorry, something went wrong” page.
To top it all of, the mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio requested that a talk about the politics of Halloween to be given at NYU by Yiannopoulos be rescheduled. Yiannopoulos wrote, that he was “without question the most censored man in America”, before saying that the 1st Amendment, the free speech amendment in the US was dead.
Yiannopoulos revealed last week that Facebook allegedly told him to take some of his statuses down claiming that he was supporting terrorism, saying, “This is why you don’t see me jump on current affairs and be present these days. Controversial author and journalist Milo Yiannopoulos has defended a post in which he praised the recent bomb threats in the USA towards top Democrats.
In his original post, which has now been deleted, Yiannopoulos wrote, “Just catching up with news of all these pipe bombs, Disgusting and sad (that they didn’t go off, and the daily beast didn’t get one).”
The Clintons, the Obamas, CNN and other Trump critics were all targetted in the recent mail bomb campaign.
Initially, Instagram refused to delete the post, despite a backlash, with the Daily Beast running a story about Instagram’s decision not to remove the post.
In true Milo style, he released a defence of the post saying,
“Journalists have made it too dangerous for my husband and I to go out for dinner together in new york with the lies and name-calling they have been doing for YEARS to try to destroy me. I need private security whenever I appear in public. but they cry when I make a joke — about a false flag designed to distract us from the Democrat funded and organized illegal migrant caravan. utter scum. Apple CEO has revealed that he believes that being gay is a gift from God.

In an exclusive interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, Apple CEO Tim Cook discussed why he chose to come out as gay as well as the Trump Presidency’s policies on taxes, trade with China and immigration.
During the interview, Cook says he came out publicly as gay after receiving letters from kids who “going through being bullied, being pushed out of their homes, very close to suicide”.
Cook goes on to say, coming out as gay has been “God’s greatest gift” to him as it has given him empathy towards those not in the majority.
He added, “My strong view is that everyone should be treated with respect… I became public because I started to receive letters from kids who read online that I was gay and they were going through being bullied, being pushed out of their homes, very close to suicide, things that really just pulled my heart and I started thinking I’m a private person and I’ve kept me to my small circle and I started thinking that is a selfish thing to do. I need to be bigger than that, I need to do something for them and show them that you can be gay and still go on and do some good jobs in life… to me, it’s God’s greatest gift because in doing so, I learnt what it was like to be a minority which gives you a feeling of empathy for other people who are not in the majority and you begin to look at life a bit differently.”

Tom Bosworth has revealed that he lost over 50 followers on Instagram after sharing a picture of him kissing his husband to be, Harry. The post was in tribute to National Coming Out Day and outlined how important coming out was to him.
He wrote, “It’s #nationalcomingoutdayso I thought I’d post the reason I came out, both times (to my parents then publicly). Love of my life, my everything – @harryd1010. Tom got engaged shortly before taking part in the Rio Olympics in 2016. Speaking to THEGAYUK before he left the UK for Rio, Bosworth said, that if Heathrow had the right ring he’d buy it to make his boyfriend an “honest man!”
