  • Cristiano Ronaldo confirms he’s to be a fourth time father

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to become a father for the fourth time, and the exciting news comes just weeks after the arrival of twins Eva and Mateo.

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to become a father for the fourth time.

The 32-year-old Real Madrid soccer superstar secretly welcomed twins Eva and Mateo, who are believed to have been born via a surrogate in the US, into the world last month, and the sportsman has now confirmed he will be expanding his brood with his 22-year-old girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez who is believed to be expecting her first child.

When asked if he was excited about his next impending arrival by El Mundo’s website La Otra Crónica, Ronaldo – who also has seven-year-old son Ronaldo Jr. – said: “Yes, very much.”

Although the Portuguese soccer ace has three children already, he has yet to get to grips with parenting duties such as nappy changing.

When asked how he copes with his children’s diapers during a visit to a restaurant in Ibiza, he said: “I’m not very skilled at that, but I try.”

Ronaldo is still basking in the joy surrounding the arrival of his two “precious” children.

Speaking about Eva and Mateo, he said: “They are precious, I am delighted. Yes I am, I’m very happy.”

The dark-haired hunk first shared the news about the arrival of his two babies in a Facebook post, and he has since taken to the social media platform to share images of him cradling the tiny tots, who he has hailed as the “two new loves of [his] life”.

He captioned the upload: “So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life.”

It has been reported the twins are a boy and girl, however, in Cristiano’s earlier Facebook post, the heartthrob implied both babies were male.

After Portugal failed to beat Chile in the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup tournament, he wrote,

“I was in the service of the national team, as always, body and soul, even though my two sons were born.

“Unfortunately, we have not been able to achieve the main sporting objective that we wanted, but I am sure we will continue to give joy to the Portuguese.

“The President of the Portuguese Football Federation and the national picker have today had an attitude that has touched me and I will not forget.

“I’m very happy to finally be with my children for the first time.”

  • Auction of “deeply personal” Madonna items stopped by court

A judge has stopped an “outrageous and grossly offensive” auction of “deeply personal” items owned by Madonna after the singer sought an emergency court order.

A judge has stopped an “outrageous and grossly offensive” auction of “deeply personal” items owned by Madonna.

The 58-year-old singer had sought an emergency court order over a proposed sale from Gotta Have It! Collectibles, who were planning to put items including previously-worn panties, a love letter from the late Tupac Shakur – which was expected to fetch $400,000 – and a hairbrush containing her hair.

Madonna stated in court papers she had no idea the note was no longer in her possession and she felt very uncomfortable that fans could “extract DNA” from the items.

    She said,

“The fact that I have attained celebrity status as a result of success in my career does not obviate my right to maintain my privacy, including with regard to highly personal items.

“I understand that my DNA could be extracted from a piece of my hair. It is outrageous and grossly offensive that my DNA could be auctioned for sale to the general public.

“I was shocked to learn of the planned auctioning of the Shakur letter, as I had no idea that the Shakur letter was no longer in my possession.”

Manhattan State Supreme Court Judge Gerald Leibovitz sided with the ‘Hung Up’ singer and has ordered 22 items –

including personal letters, cassette tapes of unreleased recordings and private photos taken at a bachelorette party at her Miami home – to be pulled from the sale, which was scheduled for Wednesday (19.07.17).

In court papers, the ‘Music’ singer named her “former friend”, art consultant Darlene Lutz as behind the sale as she “would have had access to these items on numerous occasions” including as a “frequent overnight guest” in her homes when she was “not in residence.”

A spokesperson for Darlene and the auction house have branded the lawsuit “baseless and meritless” and vowed to challenge the ruling.

The representative, Pete Siegel, told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column,

“Madonna and her legal army have taken what we believe to be a completely baseless and meritless action to temporarily halt the sale of Ms Lutz’s legal property.

“Madonna’s allegations will be vigorously challenged and refuted in a court of law in due course. We are confident that the Madonna memorabilia will be back.”

A hearing is scheduled for early September.

  • Bryan Singer to make Queen biopic

Queen have confirmed their biopic is “finally happening” and is due to start filming in September with Bryan Singer helming the project and Rami Malek portraying late singer Freddie Mercury.

Queen have confirmed that the biopic on the band ‘Bohemian Rhapsody: The Film’ is coming soon.

The legendary rock band – comprised of Brian May and Roger Taylor, as well as past member John Deacon and the late great Freddie Mercury – have announced that work on the movie is officially underway, with principal photography due to start in September.

The movie is to star Rami Malek as Freddie – who passed away in 1991 from complications with AIDS – with X-Men mastermind Bryan Singer helming the project.

May, 70, and Taylor, 67, couldn’t be happier with the casting choice and the fact they have Singer on board.

In a new post published on the band’s official website QueenOnline.com (QOL), they said,

“Yes folks, it IS finally happening. You’ve been hearing rumors about Bohemian Rhapsody: The Film for some time, but now QOL is about to become your most direct source of official information. This will be the place to come to stay ahead of all the very latest news and updates as the film gets underway – and hopefully we’ll have some regular insider information to share with you too. (sic)”

Talking about Malek and Singer’s involvement, the post continued,

“Rami has great presence and he’s utterly dedicated to the project. He’s completely living and breathing Freddie already, which is wonderful.

“Award winning director Bryan Singer is the man who will be bringing the Queen and Freddie story alive. If you’ve ever seen Singer’s ‘X-Men‘ films, or the groundbreaking movie The Usual Suspects, you’ll know this is a director with extraordinary imagination and style.”

According to the website, pre-production for the feature is set to begin “next week”, with shooting starting in London in September.

    The post continued,

“After months of speculation, QOL can also confirm that the film is now ‘as-close-as-that’ to start of shooting. Pre-production begins next week in the UK to prepare for start of principal photography in around London as soon as mid-September.”

As of the time of writing, Bohemian Rhapsody: The Film – which shares its name with the band’s hit single of the same name – is expected to hit screens in December 2018.

Caitlyn Jenner has joked she and Steven Tyler are recording a new version of his hit ‘Dude Looks Like a Lady’ because the Aerosmith song is her “anthem”.

Caitlyn Jenner has joked she and Steven Tyler are recording a new version of his hit ‘Dude Looks Like a Lady’.

The 67-year-old former Olympian turned reality TV star revealed the Aerosmith track became her “theme song” when she was struggling with her gender identity and the 69-year-old rocker was pleased to know he’d been able to play a part in giving her comfort.

Caitlyn shared a picture on Instagram of herself and Steven on Tuesday (18.07.17) and wrote,

@iamstevent and I are working on our duet for Dude Looks Like a Lady. One of my favorite songs! (sic)”

And she later appeared on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ to explain the photo.

    She said,

“If you noticed today on Instagram, I posted a picture of me and Steven Tyler.

“I was at a fundraiser in Minneapolis, and he was the entertainment. I had met him, I think, once, briefly – many, many years ago. But he was sitting there and I’m thinking, ‘I’ve got to go say hi.’

“So, I go backstage after and I look up at Steven and I said, ‘I have had some really, really tough times in my life. For six years, at one point, I stayed in my house, and every once in a while I would get dressed and go sneak out in the dark and drive around. Your song, ‘Dude Looks Like a Lady’ became my theme song, driving around in my little car with my little CD in there, whipping up the tunes and stuff.

“I said, ‘I just want you to know, it made me feel good.’ He loved it. He hugged me and said, ‘We’ve got to get together.’ “

Elsewhere on the talk show, the I Am Cait star asked the 49-year-old host to “spy” on her daughter Kendall Jenner because Jimmy lives across the street from the supermodel.

    She quipped,

“If I brought over some binoculars, could you spy down on her? I never know what’s going on in that house.”

    Jimmy laughed and replied,

“Can I tell you what’s going on in that house? There’s a lot of people bringing clothes in and out of the house–just all the time. There’s so many clothes going in and out of the house!”

    Caitlyn agreed,

“I can see that. No, Kendall is a very great kid.”

  • Milo Yiannopoulos’ book is on the The New York Times’ best sellers list

Like it or lump it, Milo’s book just sold a lot of quantity.

It seems as though people can’t get enough of the controversial commentator Milo Yiannoulous – so much so his book came 2nd in the combined physical and digital list on the New York Times Book Review list and number 3 on the USA Today best sellers list.

He took to Instagram to boast huge sales of his nonfiction title Dangerous and claims that he’s managed to shift over 100,000 copies of his book – 18,000 of those are hardback.

    https://www.instagram.com/p/BWfUmvNgp3O/?taken-by=milo.yiannopoulos

Speaking about the mixed news about actual sales, Milo told his fans,

“I’m happy to report that this is fake news. It’s true that the major booksellers only managed to ship out 18,000 copies to retail customers by the list cut-off. But that’s because they didn’t order enough ahead of time, and have been scrambling to play catch-up ever since. The real news is that we’ve received wholesale orders and direct orders of such magnitude that our entire stock of 105,000 books is already accounted for”.

The book has been released under a publisher by the name of Dangerous Books after major publisher Simon & Schuster decided to pull the plug on the book following comments made by Milo on child abuse.

As it stands the book is at number #1340 on the Amazon Best Seller’s rank – but currently number in Political Humour.

  • Tom Holland wanted to go fully nude in latest Spider-man

We could have seen a lot of more of stunning Tom Holland, but the film studio said no!

Tom Holland wanted to go fully nude in latest Spider-man

Talking about the high jinx of his latest film, Tom Holland, 21, said that he had pushed for “a really passionate” sex scene – and he wanted to do it completely nude. But it seems that the producers weren’t so up for the idea.

    He said,

“I was like ‘I think we should have a really passionate sex scene, and they were like ‘No, I don’t think so’…and Fully nude…”

Although we would have been totally down with the nakedness, we have to say there’s something about that Spidey suit that is the main attraction, although the suit does have its downsides, especially when it comes to toilet time.

Speaking to The Sun, he said that bathroom breaks were a real pain and a two man job!

“I remember the first time I put it on, it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.

“But when you need to go to the bathroom it’s not quite as amazing, you’ve got someone trying to hold it this way and . . . you know, it’s not the best.

“I feel at times very naked in it because it is skintight.”

  • What was Donald Trump’s first ever tweet?

You can’t turn on the news anymore without a Tweet from President Donald Trump making the headlines… but where did it all begin?

President Donald Trump has sent over 35,200 tweets – many of them late at night or very early in the morning, which many commentators have said is a clever marketing tactic in order for him to have the run of the news cycle for the next 24 hours. It was a tactic which he used to great effect during his presidential campaign. It left his competition reacting to the comment or accusations, rather than having the opportunity to be proactive.

So what was Donald Trump’s first-ever Tweet – well it was sent in May 2009 – and it was self-promoting. He (or someone tweeting on his behalf) was simply letting his followers know that he was on Late Night with David Letterman.

It has had 436 Retweets and 402 likes – a far cry from the tens of thousand a tweet might achieve if sent today.

Speaking about the power of social media and more specifically, his presence on social media Trump said,

“I really believe that, um– the fact that I have such power in terms of numbers with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, et cetera, I think it helped me win all of these races where they’re spending much more money than I spent,

“You know, I spent my money. A lot of my money. And I won. I think that social media has more power than the money they spent, and I think maybe to a certain extent, I proved that.”

  • Katie Hopkins’ book RUDE is available to order and the pre-orders are NOT good

    Well, this is awks…

Controversialist and right-wing commentator Katie Hopkins has announced that her book, Rude is available to pre-order and well, it doesn’t look like sales are going well, unlike Milo Yiannopoulos’s book, Dangerous, which apparently has, self-reported, over 65,000 pre-orders.

Checking on Amazon, the book is currently at #8046 (correct at time of press) in the paid Kindle store – but don’t fret she is at number 2 in the Books > Biography > Film, Television & Music > Radio Performers’ list.

It’s worth noting at this stage that LBC and Katie Hopkins parted ways earlier last month.

The paperback version of the book has faired even worse in pre-orders. The book is currently ranked at #31776 (correct at time of press) in Amazon’s bookstore. Actually checking today (12th July ) it’s 142,641…

The book is being published by Biteback Publishing and is due for release in the fourth quarter, just in time for those ever-important Christmas sales. It’s slated for the 5th October 2017. So there’s a little way off before the book’s actual launch.

The description for the book reads,

“Love her or hate her, Katie Hopkins is impossible to ignore, and this hilarious and revealing new book – part memoir, part handbook for the modern woman – is the same.

“Readers be warned, however. Katie doesn’t sugar-coat anything, and neither does she hold back, making her as honest in her book as she is in life.”

Anyway if you’re interested in boosting the numbers – you can buy it from here…
