    Here’s the shady reason why Michelle Visage isn’t doing the Strictly Tour

    Michelle Visage has shared the reason why she’s not appearing on the Strictly Come Dancing tour and it’s SHADY AF.

    During a recent Samsung KX’s ‘Thread Talks the Drag Race judge and Strictly star, shared the real reason why she isn’t taking part in the upcoming Strictly Come Dancing tour, despite moving her diary around to make room for it.

    An audience member at the talk invited Michelle to spill the tea, which she replied,

    Oh, you’re trying to get the tea, aren’t you?

    “I’ll tell you what happened, it’s not that racy or scandalous but what happened was they and asked in the beginning for my availability, this is the honest to god transparent truth, I said yes but I have RuPaul’s Drag Con is there any way I could miss the matinees and I would drive or take a train wherever to get there for the night shows. They were like you have to do all of them and I was like, okay do you want me to see if I can move it? And they said yes. So I moved it, I got out of it because at one point I was going to do the tour and not drag con and at that point they were like ‘Oh I’m sorry, we’re going to pass’”.

    She cleared her schedule for the tour, but apparently it wasn’t enough, she continued,

    “So I cleared my schedule and they passed on me so that’s what happened.

    “You can’t take it personally they probably locked people in when they thought that I couldn’t do it so there wasn’t shade but I would absolutely have loved to have done it.

    “Maybe next year we can clear schedules beforehand”

    Ouch. That’s gotta hurt – especially Christmas gifts to pay for!

    Credit where credit’s due. She apologised for her rant against PrEP.

    When we usually report on Azealia Banks it’s usually to do with some awful homophobic slur that she’s used, like this, this and this.

    The last time we spoke about the rapper, it was to report about an outrageous rant she went on about people using the anti-HIV medication, PrEP.

    It’s not the first time Banks has taken aim at the sex lives of gay men. In September 2018 she warned against the use of poppers saying, “Stop sniffing poppers!! When you sniff poppers there’s is [the] possibility for your pain threshold to be heightened – which means you will not feel yourself being harmed until after the fact. No more poppers and fleets!!!”

    During her more recent PrEP rant, she said, ““There’s no reason you need to have a fucking pill so you can just fuck whoever you wanna fuck,

    “The girls are getting fucking renal failure. They’re getting liver fucking failure, they’re getting anal warts, they’re getting anal cancer, OK? That’s a fucking death trap… Y’all stay off that f*cking PrEP.”

    However, Ms Banks has apologised for her rant, she took to Instagram and wrote,

    “Hey guys, so…. a few weeks ago I went on a rant about Pre exposure prophylaxis meds and I am just doubling back to say I’m sorry.

    “It’s not my place. It was extremely insensitive.

    “Who cares if I meant well, that wasn’t the way. I’m really really sorry.

    Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan has reached out to Sam Smith after using the wrong pronouns for the singer. In a tweet Piers’s referred to Sam as “he”

    Piers Morgan was criticising Sam Smith after the star took part in a menswear fashion campaign – after coming out as gender non-conforming last month.

    In his original Tweet Piers wrote, “Mr Smith came out as a gay man 5yrs ago, then as non-binary gender neutral 6 weeks ago, now he’s advertising ‘Man’s Concept Menswear’. It’s hard to keep up!”

    However, Piers was called out for “misgendering” Sam Smith – with many taking exception to Piers using the pronouns “he”.

    Sam Smith asked that people use “they, them and theirs”.

    Piers offered an apology directly to Smith saying,

    “CORRECTION: ‘their’ & ‘they’. My sincere apologies to @samsmith for misgendering him as male after he advertised ‘Man’s Concept Menswear.’

    However, Piers still used “him” and “he”.

    Mariah wants her notes back

    Drag Race UK star Divina De Campo is showing off her incredible vocal range and people are loving it.

    In a candid video clip shared on Twitter Divina sang a snippet from the song released from last week’s episode of Drag Race, “Break Up Bye Bye” which raced up the iTunes’ chart last week.

    Fans first came to hear Divina’s unique tones during the recording of her group’s version of the song, which left songwriter and producer Mnek speechless.

    Four and a half octave vocal range

    Later in the programme, Divina told her fellow contestants that she had a 4 and a half octave vocal range. Mariah Carey has just half an octave more of range – at 5 octaves.

    In the most recent reveal of her range, Divina wowed her fans on Twitter with a quick Rucap of her part in the song.

    Fans were quick praise the singer with many wanting her whistle tones to be their new morning alarm!

    Last night’s episode of Drag Race UK was a tear jerker as The Vivienne shared her struggle with drugs, admitting that she was a “drug addict” for four years of her life.

    Heartbreakingly the Liverpudlian drag queen revealed that she took party drugs for four years of her life – nearly dying in the process, saying that it was the loneliest part of her life and that she was “killing herself”.

    In a workroom chat with her fellow Drag Race stars the fan favourite revealed,

    “It was constant for me, A lot of my drug use was from boredom, I worked 7 nights a week and in the day I didn’t do anything and it was a habit that caught on a bit too quick and a bit too hard”.

    “When people say you’ve got to hit rock bottom, it sounds so stupid but it’s the truth.

    “I had to get kicked out of the house and told that I was going to be dead by the time I was 30 to actually sort this out”.

    The revelation will come as a shock for The Vivienne’s family as she revealed that her family didn’t even know about her drug problems.

    Overcoming the drugs

    The Vivienne revealed that she managed to overcome her addiction by moving to Spain to sort her act out. It’s also where she met her partner David.

    Two years free of drugs

    She is now two years free of drugs. Speaking about her recovery, she said,

    “I feel amazing for it. I just want to have that platform to help other people”.

    It seems as though some drag queens in the UK just aren’t impressed with the prizes of the UK version of Drag Race after it was announced that new season of Drag Race UK had been greenlit for 2020.

    The UK version differs from the US version in that there is no cash prize or sponsored mini prizes, for the mini-challenges set by RuPaul each week, instead, the queens win a “RuPeter badge”.

    However fan favourite The Vivienne has hit out at drag queens who say they aren’t impressed with winning just a badge – reminding them that there is more than just a badge at stake for anyone who takes part in the show.

    In a tweet she explained that the girls are winning a lot more than a badge, that they are, in fact, winning their “dream careers”.

    She wrote, “‘Im not applying for drag race s2! I want more than a badge’ We get more than a badge, a LOT more than a badge. #dreamcareer

    Piers Morgan has been cleared by Ofcom after nearly 1000 complaints were made against him over his views on gender identity.

    The two-spirit penguin, also known as Piers Morgan, who presents ITV’s morning show, Good Morning Britain was ruled to have behaved within guidelines, with the communication’s regulator saying that his remarks about identifying as a penguin “did not raise issues warranting investigation”.

    It added that he had the right to express his strongly held beliefs.

    The regulator did allow, in its initial investigation that some viewers of the early morning show, could be offended by his comments, but that the regular audience of the ITV show would have “clear expectations around his provocative position on the issue”.

    His co-host was singled out for complaint

    His co-host Susanna Reid was criticised by Ofcom for not challenging Piers enough on his views.

    A gleeful Piers said, “The only person singled out for complaint is actually not me… it’s Susanna.”

    Susanna replied, “He gets exonerated and I get criticised!”

    The controversial performer Azealia Banks has taken time out of her busy schedule to warn people using the anti-HIV drug, PrEP.

    Of course, she had little (read no) evidence to back her claims.

    Banks, who has a history of attacking the gay community, with the outrageous usage of the word f*ggot, took to Instagram Stories to question the drug’s side effects and warn users of potential outcomes.

    “There’s no reason you need to have a fucking pill so you can just fuck whoever you wanna fuck,” she said.

    According to Queerty, and a copy of the Instagram Story on Twitter, she continued,

    “The boys are still getting HIV.

    “The girls are getting fucking renal failure. They’re getting liver fucking failure, they’re getting anal warts, they’re getting anal cancer, OK? That’s a fucking death trap.”

    However Banks failed to present any evidence for her claims.

    She then took aim at out singer Frank Ocean, who recently opened a club night called, PrEP saying,

    “And for that dumbass n*gga Frank Ocean to sit up there and f*cking promote that to y’all gays like that’s something that y’all need? It’s evil. And he’s probably getting paid, by some white gay corporation to f*cking do this sh*t”

    “Y’all stay off that f*cking PrEP.”

    She also suggested that people taking PrEP could have a sex addiction and should seek the help of a therapist.

    “They trying to spark a new AIDS epidemic?”

    Further on in her rant, Banks delved into a wild conspiracy theory suggesting that there could be a new AIDS epidemic from the wide usage of unprotected sex brought on by people using PrEP.

    She said, “I don’t know what new epidemic they trying to spark. They trying to spark a new AIDS epedemic?”

    Banks and her obsession with gay sex

    This isn’t the first time Banks has poked her nose into the sex lives of gay men. In 2018 she warned against the use of Poppers. In that tweet she wrote,

    Milo Yiannopoulos doesn’t seem to have a online home anymore after his previous website appears to have been sold off.

    The controversial journalist and speaker, Milo Yiannopoulos has seemingly sold off his website Dangerous.com, amid rumours of him running out of money, following on from being de-platformed from every major social network.

    Milo’s former website dangerous.com now bears the message “Dangerous.com has been sold and is no longer associated with its previous owner”

    Milo’s personal website milo.net is also seemingly offline.

    Since he was booted off Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, Milo has been forced to use lesser-known networks such as Gab on which he has around 71,000 followers and apparently has just under 20,000 followers on Telegram. These are a far cry from the huge number of followers he had previously.

    He still has a channel on Google’s YouTube, although it has not been updated in around a month ago.

    However, fans feared that Gus had given away too much of the storyline with numerous commenters asking him not to reveal too much about the show and the fate of his character.

    One fan wrote, “Damn. Was hoping you would’ve lasted longer. Haven’t watched any of it yet. Glad you were at least in it”

    Another added, “I think this might be a spoiler”

    Hilariously, and as a costume and makeup artist fiddles with his clothes, Gus pulls a face after touching his tongue to the stake, indicating that the stake didn’t taste as he might have expected it to be.

    The prop, which was covered in fake blood, didn’t taste good! After licking the prop Gus pulls a disgusted look.

    One of this year’s Apprentice stars, Ryan-Mark Parsons, has been getting a lot of attention on social media, not least because he’s the youngest ever contestants to take part in the BBC show.

    Ryan-Mark is making waves and has proved himself to be a real go-getter, not least because at the age of 19, he’s already worked for the likes of Gucci, The House Of Commons and the NHS – on top of that he’s the youngest ever contestant to take part in the Lord Sugar show.

    However it was one picture on his Instagram account that caught our attention. The women’s fashion expert has met Prince William and it almost looks as though the Prince was bowing to Ryan-Mark!

    Ryan-Mark joins 15 other hopefuls to become Lord Sugar’s next business partner and win £250,000 to plow into their business venture.

    Speaking about his involvement in the show, Ryan-Mark wrote, “The secret is out. The Pig of Business is on The Apprentice fighting for Lord Sugar’s investment… Prepare for clashes, acrimony and tribulations”.

    The Apprentice continues on BBC 1 on Wednesday night at 9 PM.
