Britain’s Got Talent judge, David Walliams has taken to Twitter to share a picture of him and the late Dale Winton, taken by a fan.

The duo’s friendship goes back past 2006. Here they are seen together attending the civil partnership of David’s comedy partner Matt Lucas and Kevin McGee

Speaking about his friend, David said that Dale was happy to pose for the picture and was always looking to make people happy.

Dale Winton passed away earlier in 2018 from natural causes.

I remember me & Dale Winton had just had tea at the Wolseley in London, his favourite place. A lady in a passing car recognised him & he was delighted to pose for her.
