Cher has called time on her next Here We Go Again concert due to concerns surrounding Covid-19. Taking to Twitter she wrote that although concerts were fun she had to go with her gut and cancel for the safety of her fans.
She told fans that she could not “in good conscience play” her concert, which was due to be in Oklahoma City.
However, at the time of publishing tickets, some of which are selling for a staggering $496 + fee each, were still be sold on Ticketmaster and there has been no official word, as of yet, on the singer’s website about refunds or whether further shows would be cancelled.

Why does anal sex hurt so much I’ve been having anal sex for years and still hurts to this day
Bob
Dear Bob,
Your question is one that is asked often and one that has many answers. You say that you’ve been having anal sex for many years and it has continuously hurt, but I’d like to understand if this is unbearable pain or discomfort?
Many guys who bottom will agree that there is a degree of discomfort when it comes to backdoor activities, this is pretty much normal, particularly for newbies to butt sex, but the overall pleasure experienced can often outweigh the discomfort.
But if you are suffering unbearable pain during sex then you may need to seek medical advice from your GP – as there may be a more pressing underlying issue.
That said there are a few things that you can try.
Limit the length
The Ohnut, was designed for women who suffer from endometriosis, to help limit the amount of penis that actually enters the vagina, but it can easily work for anal sex too.
Essentially the Ohnut stops the top from entering you too far – giving you more control over how much cock you’re actually taking.
Worn externally at the base of a penetrating partner e.g. on their shaft or on a toy, Ohnut compresses down to act as a soft buffer during sex. Each set comes with 4 linking rings that allow you to make simple adjustments, so you and your partner can not only discover comfort but also what depths feel really good for both of you.
Lube, Lube and more lube
It goes without saying that lube is always your friend when it comes to sex. I’m sure you’re already using lube but have you tried different types? The lube that you may be using might actually be part of the problem. Don’t just rely on the freebies that you can get from gay bars and clubs.
There are now lubes specifically designed for anal play, which are thicker and longer-lasting. There are water, silicone and oil-based lubricants available. It might be worth exploring if any of these types make the experience more pleasurable for you. A word of warning though, oil-based lubes are not good for use with condoms.
Have you tried self play? There are dilators – dildo kits that have a variety of sizes to help you relax the sphincter. You start off with a small insertable and as you become accustomed to the feel and feel you can go larger.
The best bit about this is it’s all you. There’s no rush and you can take time to find out what feels right for you.
Are you relaxed?
(C) BIGSTOCK
One of the biggest issues we face when having butt sex is not the actual mechanics of the butt and all its nerve endings and muscles, it’s actually your mind.
Are you in a relaxed state? Are you anxious when having sex? Is the sex you’re having, actually the sex you want?
Only you can answer these questions, but having a think about your mind frame when having sex might lead you to some answers surrounding your discomfort.
Always remember if sex is just too painful and you want it to stop, then make sure your partner knows and hears you. It’s your body and you don’t have to continue if you don’t want to.
Its surface harbours millions and millions of bacteria and don’t be surprised if some of them are poo-related. Afterall millions of us use our phones whilst we’re on the potty and let’s face it, the way we’re being encouraged to wash our hands for at least 20 seconds it feels as though perhaps some of us never got the memo back in nursery.
So we need to take some extra care with cleaning our mobiles.
Luckily it’s pretty darn easy and really clean and if you use the right equipment you won’t damage your phone.
The cheapest and easiest way is with disinfectant wipes – which are readily available – and really cheap, particularly if you get them some Lidl or Aldi!
Even Apple has issued a statement to say that cleaning your iPhone with disinfectant wipes was okay. The company said,
“Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, you may gently wipe the exterior surfaces of your iPhone. Don’t use bleach. Avoid getting moisture in any openings, and don’t submerge your iPhone in any cleaning agents.”
“DragCon’s first priority is always the health and safety of everyone involved”
It seems the first major LGBT+ event has been cancelled due to fears surrounding Coronavirus.
The event was due to take place on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of May just a month and a half away at the time of publishing.
In a statement on the official RuPaul Drag Convention website, the organizers decided out of an “abundance of caution” for all concerned to cancel the event.
DragCon’s first priority is always the health and safety of everyone involved and we’ve been actively tracking the situation around the coronavirus. The situation in California (and the world) is rapidly changing, with new information coming out everyday.
Unfortunately, there’s no way for anyone to know what the situation will be like in May. Due to that uncertainty, and out of an abundance of caution, we’ve decided that it’s in the best interest of the talent, staff, and attendees to cancel RuPaul’s DragCon LA 2020.
DragCon LA will return in 2021, better than ever.
We will be working with Eventbrite to issue refunds over the next 7 days.
Will there be refunds?
The organisers have said that refunds will be made available on the next 7 days.
The organisers have committed to a bigger and better DragCon in 2021.
He’s giving his fans an eyeful for just $26 a month!
According to Queerty, the latest xrated picture that Aaron Carter has uploaded is that of a picture that leaked back in Feb – we must have missed that one TBH.
The account has been set up with his girlfriend and is called, “@aaronandmelanie“
“#AaronCarter has his OnlyFans subscribers very frustrated and feeling scammed. On feb29 he uploaded a ‘Locked Photo’- it was $50 to unlock and it was the infamous shower photo. Mar7 he uploaded that same photo on the site for all subs to see.
My source sent me this SS last night. #AaronCarter now wants his subscribers on OF to send him pics and $50 and he will rate it. This has disaster written all over it!”
It seems as though the numbers didn’t quite add up for the streaming giant Netflix as it looks to cancel a number of shows, one of which includes the RuPaul comedy, AJ and The Queen.
It’s also putting an end to Atypical and Insatiable, both include quite a considerable amount of LGBT+ representation.
Netflix has canned AJ and The Queen just two months after it premiered and RuPaul herself commented on the slay, tweeting
“Thank you for all the love & support. We’re so very proud of the work,”
AJ AND THE QUEEN
Of course, as it’s Netflix, no official numbers are stated, so we don’t know how well the show actually did on the platform, but clearly not as good as RuPaul’s other venture, you might know it: RuPaul’s Drag Race
Did you know you can test yourself for HIV in the comfort of your own home?
Thanks to at-home testing you no longer have to book an appointment at your local sexual health clinic to test for a variety of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. However we’d always suggest you book an appointment with a clinic – as it really isn’t that awful an experience – read our full review of visiting a sexual health clinic here.
However, you’re unable to get to a clinic there are charities and health organisations that can send out an HIV test to your home for you to self-test.
Credit where credit is due and we can all agree that in the last decade prides across the UK have become a lot more diverse and inclusive, but as one drag queen pointed out, you’ll probably not see much representation when it comes to disability.
Sassi Afrika is a drag queen living with cerebral palsy, and she’s determined not to let it define her, but as a Tweet she wrote recently pointed out, you’re probably unlikely to find her (or other performers who are disabled) performing her act at any other pride aside from Warwickshire Pride, because as she says, “LGBT+ people with disabilities get overlooked”.
Yesterday Sassi took to Twitter to write,
“Coming to a Pride near you… Oh hang on, maybe not because LGBT+ people with disabilities get overlooked in favour of crowd pleasers and acts that aren’t even LGBT+. I’ll keep talking about this. Because this is life.”
Daniel Browne, the chair of Warwickshire Pride, a pride which has championed local acts and at least 75% LGBT+ representation on its stage wrote,
“Sassi deserves more respect. And some Prides need to be more representative of the whole LGBT+ community. Less cishet (cis-gendered and hetrosexual) acts. More LGBT+ artists and diversity within that. And stop charging an entry fee.
“An inclusive Pride should be a free Pride.”
Sassi later added,
“Gurrl I know I’ve been having a moan. But sometimes I gotta keep it real and say it how it is. We should all be more like that. Never put up with shit. Be you and speak the truth. Now, aren’t I looking gorgeous today.”
Before reminding his fans that the last show of Dancing On Ice was due to air that evening.
It wasn’t long before the love with his fanbase started with the well-know Twitter celeb, Auntie Pegg, claiming that Ian was a “saucy bugger” even the social team at London’s Vauxhall Tavern chimed in with “Have a blast, dear”
Meanwhile, The Sun, wrote a similar story and managed to get at least two facts wrong. In their story, the journalist wrongly asserted that Ian was standing in a sunbed. With just a quick glance you can see Ian is standing next to a shower and secondly, they stated that he tweeted “late last night” checking the timestamp on the tweet shows that the Tweet was sent at 10:50 AM.
Yes, there are a number of great nudist beaches in the UK, but apparently, if you want to go to the best in Europe you’ll have to travel further afield.
According to Globehunters the best nudist beach for gay friendliness is actually the incredible liberal country of Sweden.
The travel experts point out that Agesta Beach in Sweden is the “best beach destination for the LGBT+ community” and it gives the country a magnificent 322 points on its LGBTQ+ Danger Index.
Globehunter’s LGBT+ Danger Index score was taken from Asher & Lyric’s index of the safest and least safe countries for gay, bi, lesbian and trans travellers, with the highest scores indicating a safer country.
Chilly willy?
However, if you’re planning to head to Sweden’s premier nudist beach you might want to actually keep some clothes on as the Average summer temperature is just 15.7 degrees – that’s way to chilling for us to get our kit off.
For the best warmth, you’d have to travel transatlantic to either Austin, Texas’s Hippie Hollow or Jamaica’s Ocho Rios. However, Jamaica receives a dismal -98 points on the LGBT+ danger index according to Globehunters.
The best nudist beach for the gay community in the UK is Brighton’s Naturist Beach – which has an average summer temperature just marginally better than Sweden – at 16.3 degrees.
The world’s busiest gay hook up app, Grindr, is about to sell up and the asking price is a lot.
Reuters is reporting that the current owners of Grindr, Beijing Kunlun Tech will be selling off the app immediately and the price tag is reported to be around $600 million.
That’s quite the mark up over what it paid for the app just a few short years ago.
The CFIUS ruled that the treasure trove of data held by Grindr would be a concern for the national security of the United States so it effectively forced the sale of the company. The ruling from the Committee on Foreign Investment also ordered that the firm cannot share any data harvested from the app.
The ID of the buyer is said to be San Vicente Acquisition LLC who will have a mound of data on around 4.5 million users.
According to Reuters, the CFIUS will need to approve the latest deal.
