Manual Douching
When you’re wanting to make you’re that you’re properly clean, you’ll probably have to introduce water. The manual douche, usually known as a bulb douche is one of the cheapest and simplest ways of getting the job done. Douches can range from a cheapy disposable perfect for travel to a nice, ergonomically designed douche which can really enhance the experience for you.
Manual douching is good for general anal sex and prostate play and can help your butt to relax before play time.

How to use a simple water douche
Simply fill the douche bulb with water, insert into your anus and gently squeeze, until the bulb is empty or nearly empty – whatever feels comfortable for you.
Remember to lube the tip of the bulb for easier insertion!
Leave the water inside you for a moment or two and release into the toilet bowl.
If the water is dirty, repeat the steps above until the water runs clear. It’s suggested to repeat up to 8 times.
If the water is still dirty, perhaps today is not the day for anal play.
