  • Have you heard of the Rimosa?

    Who wants a sugared rim?

There’s a new kink in town. What happens when you mix a mimosa with a rim job? Apparently, it’s becoming all the rage.

It’s very simple to achieve, you get one Mimosa and you get your BF’s butthole and you put, basically, the two together – and then lick.

Now if you’re sober, you can always try non-alcoholic cocktails. Can we suggest you stay clear of the virgin Bloody Mary’s or anything Bailey’s if you want to keep your sheets acceptable.

To achieve the perfect Rimosa, prop that boy’s butt high up in the air, perhaps with a couple of pillows under his hips. Spread ’em, pour and lick.

Can gay men be organ donors?

Providing the donor dies in a UK hospital, anyone, including gay bisexual and trans men and women, can be organ donors. The only exception is anyone who has Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease or has had cancer that has spread in the last 12 months.

A person’s sexual orientation is not a factor.

Can you donate organs if you are HIV positive?

What if I am HIV positive?

The screening process means that both HIV and Hepatitis are screened for, however, if you are found to have HIV it doesn’t necessarily stop you from being able to donate. If you are HIV positive you may be able to donate to someone already living with HIV.

Blood donation rules do not apply in the same way.

According to the NHS, in the UK, you can still donate organs or tissue, even if you have been turned down for blood donations.

  • 12 things you need to know before you date a guy with a Christmas Birthday

One gift for Christmas and Birthday will not do.

    1) We’ve never enjoyed a birthday that’s just a day for us…

Our birthdays have always been lumped in with other activities – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve… We’re kind of used to that, but it’d be nice for people just to remember that somewhere in amongst all the other important days, it’s ours too.

    2) We never had that handing out birthday sweets at school thing

Whilst everyone became king or queen for the day at school when they handed out their birthday sweets or cake, if our birthday falls outside terms times, we’ve never had that experience of being uber popular for a day because we had goodies to give out.

    3) One combined gift just won’t do

    via GIPHY

Why do you do this. We have taken notes.

    4) A combined Christmas, Office, NYE, birthday party might be cool

Actually, we don’t mind this too much – combine the office party or the New Year’s Eve party* with our birthday, just means more people will turn up! Yay us! *See next point.

    5) A New Year’s Eve birthday can totally suck

    via GIPHY

Trying to organise or hold a birthday/NYE party is almost impossible because people don’t want to RSVP until the very last minute, just in case something better comes along. Listen, people, every NYE party is going to be expensive, drunken and impossible to travel to and from. Just let us know so we can organise drinks and cheesy nibbles.

    6) Actually New Year’s Day birthdays actually totally suck

    via GIPHY

Nothing is open. People are skint. Noone wants to party on New Year’s Day… So if you try and hold a New Year’s Eve Party – see the previous point.

    7) Don’t pity us…

It happens every year. We get it. Sharing a birthday with someone infinitely more famous than us, like Father Christmas, sucks.

    8) Do not send a joint Christmas/birthday card

Go on, splash out. Buy two cards. We promise we’ll treasure and display both.

    9) We’re used the Christmas/birthday wrapping paper thing

Yes, we’ve all had birthday presents wrapped up in Christmas paper. It’s okay. TBH we’re just happy you remembered it was our birthday as well.

    10) New Year’s birthdays are literally the worst

    via GIPHY

Everyone’s hungover. Everyone’s poor. Everywhere is closed. A birthday bonk is usually out of the question because we’re usually too drunk and found with our head in a toilet bowl.

    11) Christmas Day birthdays are actually the worst

Everyone gets presents – so what’s the fricking point. And a Birthday bonk is out of the question – we’re usually just too full of roast potatoes and turkey.

    12) Everything ends when Christmas ends

    via GIPHY

So everything is so depressing when the decorations come down, later birthdays – especially around the New Year’s period, feel totally depressing when the decs come down.

The Metropolitan Police has reported that a man in central London was the subject of a homophobic attack.

Detectives in London are seeking the public’s help after a man in his 50s was allegedly subjected to an assault in central London in what police are calling a, “suspected homophobic attack”.

The victim, a man in his 50s, was standing at a bus stop outside Charing Cross rail station on Saturday, 18 November at about 21:30hrs.

The two men, who were both described as white, aged in their 20s and wearing dark jackets, ran away towards Trafalgar Square.

  • Netflix just freaked out a lot of people

    They’re watching you…

Always watching Netflix, is known for the way it reads and analyses the data it collects on its users – but this took a somewhat creepy turn today when Netflix US asked its 4.2 million followers who had been watching a particular show repeatedly.

What was probably thought of as a joke, potentially shows a more sinister side of companies and their data collection. Yes, Netflix knows what its millions and millions of subscribers are watching – and when you’re watching it.

Needless to say, some people had misgivings and questions about the Tweet.

Honestly, we don’t mind too much as long as they don’t hold our almost religiously observed RuPaul’s Drag Race viewings against us.

So was this creepy or funny?

  • So the Stranger Things’ cast is in the MONEY!

    Caching.

The cast of the Netflix’s superhit, Stranger Things is being paid a lot. Especially when you’re just a teenager. and relatively unknown (well they are all under 16-years-old – give ’em a break)

It was revealed that each of the cast, Finn Wolfhard (14), Millie Bobby Brown (13), Gaten Matarazzo (15), Noah Schnapp (13) and Caleb McLaughlin (16) are earning a whopping $30,000 per episode.  Eight episodes per season that’s a massive $240,000 PER SEASON.  Nearly a quarter of a million bucks per season – and they’re probably going to be signed up for SIX series of the show.

That’s according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Also, the cast was paid “a less than six-figure bonus” – (so sub $100,000 we’re taking that as) as a bonus, because the show has been so successful.

However, that’s just a starting point – as always, as a show becomes more and more popular, agents and managers can and will start to renegotiate terms for their actors. If the show becomes an Emmy winner – then the teens can expect large windfalls!

  • THEATRE REVIEW | Callisto a queer epic, Arcola Theatre, London

★★★ | Callisto, Arcola Theatre London

    CREDIT Lidia Crisafull

Callisto is four tales for the price of one in a time travelling epic concerning queer people in different eras. They’re not stand alone stories but are interspersed and entwined with each other. Basically, it’s a poor man’s ‘Cloud Atlas’ but with LGBT people. The first tale is about opera singer Arabella who’s married to another woman and about to be exposed and get herself in some serious trouble. Secondly, Alan Turing is talking to the mother of the boy who was his first love. Thirdly, Tammy is on the trail of a hot porn actress who she’s become infatuated with. Finally, CAL is an A.I. in the future who’s fallen for a human.

They’re a mixed bag of plays which don’t all work as well as they might and there’s something derivative about the whole set-up at times. The scenes about the 17th-century female couple are the strongest and the Alan Turing scenes are cleverly written but lack much drive, floundering in parts. The other two sections fare less well, especially the futuristic part. If the future involves talking in strange mixed up speech whilst wearing bicycle lights shining down your legs and tee-shirt, culottes combos with odd side ties then count me out of it.

The production has merits with strong acting and a wry sense of humour but doesn’t quite fill its potential. Regardless, it’s an engaging evening and worthy of a look.
