  • Prince’s Most Played Tracks Revealed

To celebrate the life and works of Prince (7 June 1958 – 21 April 2016), music licensing company PPL has released an official chart of the Most Played Prince Tracks of the 21st Century.

Aggregated using PPL’s exclusive UK airplay data, the chart collates those Prince tunes which have been played in public (in pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shops, offices and many other business types) as well as broadcast on TV and radio, since the year 2000.

Prince passed away last week at the age of 57.

1999, the title track from Prince’s 1982 album of the same name, tops the chart.

  • The Most Common Songs At Gay Weddings Revealed

The Most Common Songs At Gay Weddings Revealed

The formal planning of a wedding or civil partnership often takes a year. More often than not the most memorable part comes from the party and entertainment where guests can relax and let their hair down.

The Most Common Songs At Gay Weddings Revealed

Therefore we thought we would get the official list of most requested songs for weddings during the last calendar year 2015.

The company favoured by mobile DJ’s across the globe www.DJEventPlanner.com gave us permission to print the formal list for industry eyes only which summarises over 2 million requests worldwide at nuptials of all sorts.

We spoke to a number of well-known mobile wedding DJ’s and they unanimously said that the music chosen or that works tends to be largely the same whether they are entertaining a straight, gay or lesbian wedding – fun music is fun music period.

With the exception of sometimes a different first song choice that a gay couple may choose like: The Mama’s And Papa’s Making Our Own Kind Of Music or Whitney Houston’s All The Man That I Need the rest of the night is indistinguishable from heterosexual weddings and defaulting to say In The Navy/It’s Raining Men/I’m Coming Out or Dancing Queen is seen as not treating the LGBT audience with the respect due on a couples’ big night.

The LGBT Twitter Powerlist – The Top 25 Most Popular LGBTs On Twitter

Between them, the top 25 gay, lesbian, bisexual or trans celebrities we could find on Twitter have access to the eyes of up to 132,000,000 people.

They range from a news anchor to YouTube stars, singers to actors. The average age of these stars is 46 years old, YouTuber Troye Sivan being the youngest at 20 and George Takei  being the oldest at 78. Some have made their celebrity status through reality TV, like Adam Lambert (American Idol) and some have played the long fame game, like singer Ricky Martin and actor Neil Patrick Harris.

To make it on to this list celebrities needed to have at least one million followers. Trans stars are vastly under represented in the media and therefore may contribute to the fact that only one trans person had enough followers to qualify.

  • LGBT Icons And Stars Who Have Passed Away In 2016

These are the gay icons and LGBT stars who have died in 2016.

Inclusion in this list is not indicative of a person’s sexuality, but a tribute to their work for the LGBT community in their lifetime which earned them the mantle of “gay icon” or LGBT ally.

    David Bowie

    Singer, Songwriter, 11th January 2016

David Bowie passed away at the age of 69 after an 18 month battle with cancer. His son Duncan Jones confirmed the news.

David Bowie’s sexuality was well documented and discussed. He came out as gay in 1972, two years into his marriage with Angie Bowie during an interview with Melody Maker.

In 1976 he confirmed he was bisexual. Four years later in 1980 Angie Bowie and David divorced.

By 1983 he declared that calling himself bisexual was the “biggest mistake” he had ever made and once again made the statement that he was a “closet homosexual”.

    Alan Rickman

    Actor, 14th January 2016

Alan Rickman was 69 when he passed away after a battle with cancer.

He recently won a fresh legion of fans as the rather camp Professor Snape in the Harry Potter franchise of films and as the equally camp Hans Gruber in Die Hard With A Vengeance in 1995.

  • 13 Myths About Gay Sex

    13 Myths About Gay Sex

Who’s the woman? Doesn’t it hurt? Why do you wear jockstraps? So many many questions…

That it ends up with penetration.

In this penetration obsessed world we forget that not every sexual encounter has to end up with a game of toss the hoop. Nope there’s a ton of things you can do without going there. Frottage, mutual masturbation, oral and perhaps a bit of light cuddling?

That there are very limited positions

One evening a girl friend of mine asked didn’t I get bored because I couldn’t face my partner during sex. I was like “WTF?” She was like “you’re your butt hole is at the back…”

Listen… our joints can move… and our hips can tilt! We’re not fused into position. Anything you can do I can do better. Basically anything the straights can do in bed, the gays can compete just as well.

That it looks like this: Westboro Baptist Churchmopedmamas

Westboro Baptist church would have you believe that gay men only have sex standing up facing away of each other. Such a warped view… Although that position is a goodun.

That only one of you is the top and only one of you is the bottom.

We can both top and bottom and all in one session. Crazy that. You don’t have to be limited to just one set of roles.

That you both have to cum

Where are all these rules coming from? It’s sex. Do what makes you happy. If you don’t want or can’t cum in the moment, don’t stress about it. Keep calm and try later! It’s not a race or a competition.

That you have to have 7/8/9/19 inch penises

Regardless of what you may see in gay porn, men come in all shapes, sizes, colours and girths – and what makes one person’s perfect penis may be somebody else’s vanilla hell.

That you have to look like porn stars

    It will hurt

It might… but then again it might not.

    It won’t hurt

We aren’t all one shape fits all. Each person is different but if it does hurt. Stop, relax and try more lube and try again – if you want to.

That gay men end up having to use sanitary towels.

We’re convinced this is an urban legend. If you keep yourself safe and aren’t swallowing up whole traffic cones with your butthole , you’ll be just fine.

If you feel like you’re getting loose down there, try some PC muscle exercises… You know the muscles that you use to stop and start the flow of pee? Yes those babies… Work em out.

    It’s just dirty.

    Dirty good? Dirty bad?

Dirty bad? If you know your body and know how to prepare yourself it won’t be… Read our guide on how to have sex like a porn star to find out more.

That one of you has to be “the man” and the other “the woman”

Stop with the roles already. We’re both men here!

    It’s how you get HIV

Where to go with this. HIV is a virus that knows no sexuality, race, colour creed or gender. You can be infected from all different types of sex. As with everything in life use your head not your cock to make wise decisions about your health. Use a condom, use lots of lube and look out for one another.
