  • Celebrity Masterchef winner Riyadh Khalaf’s speedo pictures get censored on Insta

Riyadh Khalaf has sent fans into a frenzy with his topless pictures, although it seems that the Instagram censors have been out in force after pictures of the star in his speedos were removed.

The Celebrity Masterchef winner, Riyadh Khalaf, has posed for a series of topless pictures, which have melted the hearts of his fans.

Although a few of his followers made comments about the star’s previous more racy speedo picture going missing from the platform. One commented, “The ridiculous state of Insta when you can’t post a selfie in Speedos”, to which Riyadh replied, “Thank you”.

Another asked, “Anyone has the previous post screenshot? ??”

And another added, “Now I’m curious what I’m missing out on from the first post…”

    Instagram censorship

Instagram has a history of censoring gay and male bodies. Previously we have reported that numerous celebrities and campaigns have been removed or banned outright by the Facebook-owned picture platform. It still, however, permits some women, most notably Kim Kardashian and Lizzo to publish nude pictures.

Posting to his 97,900 fans on Instagram the best selling author and podcast presenter, posed for a series of photos, while on holiday on the Greek island of Santorini.

Among the admirers of Riyadh’s photos was Doctor Ranj, who gave the star fire emojis and called the pictures “Filth”.

The star wrote, “Needed this. Being still, mindful and letting the ‘noise’ die down.

“This island is nothing short of spectacular! Would recommend if you’re looking for a chilled getaway with amazing food and clear blue waters. Not to mention the view from the highest point on the island from our villa @santoriniskygreece

  • This is how you can have a threeway and still be on lockdown

How is your 3-way game? Stats show that most gay men and lots of gay couples have had a threesome at some point, and obviously, with lockdown restrictions hindering the hookup scene, we were interested to discover that you can actually still get the feel of a threeway, even when there’s just the two of you.

Davey Wavey’s porn studio Himeros.TV recently released a scene between stars Dakota Payne, Taylor Reign and Calvin Bank’s realistic dildo… and we have to say it was hot AF.

The premise is actually pretty simple, in the video, the couple uses Calvin’s realistic dong (although it could be any dildo, (check out the range from THEGAYSHOP) to simulate a spit roast scenario, with the real guy at the front and a dildo attached to a fuck machine at the back.

Okay, okay, a fuck machine is the expensive but more realistic option – as the machine does the thrusting, much like a real person. However, if a machine like that is out of your price range, most dildos come with a suction pad on the base, so you can attach it to a wall or mirror if you want to get very kinky – and your bottom can do all the work – a pretty good work out too!

Don’t forget if you’re using a sizable butt toy, (Calvin Banks’ dildo comes in at 7.75 inches) to use lots of lube. We’ve spoken before about how to play with big toys.

TODAY IN GAY: Hackers Take Over God Hates Fags Website

Today in 1999 the infamous GodHatesFags.com was re-routed to godlovesfags.com. The hate website, which is run by the Westboro Baptist Church was hacked numerous times. One particular attempt was undertaken by the hacking collective Anonymous and managed to knock the website off and have its user linked to an entirely different website for several days.

In 1999 godhatesfags.com was just two years old and according to CNN, owner of godlovesfags.com, where the hate site was re-routed to, Kris Haight said,

The website was re-routed for a couple of days.

Speaking about the hack, Shirley Phelps-Roper said,

“It’s just another fag ploy to try to bury the truth of God and the Earth. It’s a temporary inconvenience.

“Hate will not be tolerated on the Internet,

“Phelps teaches hate and a lot of it is untrue. People who go to their site and want to find hate aren’t going to find it, at least until he gets the domain back.”

The website is still online today, but its visitor numbers are so low, that SimilarWeb which estimates a website’s online traffic says there’s insufficient data to accurately determine the website’s visitor numbers.

  • Are there gay cruising grounds in Wolverhampton?

Are there gay cruising grounds in Wolverhampton?

Did you know there are many gay cruising and dogging grounds in Wolverhampton?

Wolverhampton is home to several cruising and dogging grounds, did that surprise you?

Whether you love or loathe the idea of anonymous outdoor gay sex, it’s hard to escape the fact that gay cruising grounds are all around us.

You probably don’t even know, but from where you’re sitting or standing right now there’s probably a cruising or dogging ground just metres away from you in Wolverhampton, and they’re a hangover from more homophobic times in the UK. At our last count, there were at least 22 known cruising grounds in Norwich and over 10 cruising grounds in Wolverhampton and that number is growing

Why have cruising grounds become more popular?

Although we can’t say for sure, something has to be said about how the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown has affected the way in which gay, bi and curious men get sex. With saunas and bathhouses closed for the best part of three months, many more are yet to still open, guys who can’t, or don’t want to accomodate in their own homes are looking to other places. One of those will be outdoor venues.

Where did gay cruising come from?

Gay cruising is not a new phenomenon. It dates back to when sex between men was illegal in the UK. Finding a place where two men could be intimate with each other without too many questions being raised was tricky until it was realised that men’s public toilets were a perfect place.

These were named cottages because they actually used to look like quaint little cottages.

The act of finding sex in these public conveniences became known as “cottaging“.

The sex between men who would frequent a cottage would usually be anonymous. Gloryholes, a hole drilled between stalls in public toilets became a way in which this sex could remain faceless.

To this day there are loads of cottages and cruising grounds in Wolverhampton and in wider Staffordshire.

    Cottaging and cruising etiquette

Photo by Ketut Subiyanto on Pexels.com

Generally speaking, not a lot of talking goes on when cruising. A series of looks and gestures would let others know what you were up to. At urinals, guys would stand, playing with themselves subtly to let others know that they were up for some play. Then if the feeling is mutual the pair could make their way to a cubicle for more privacy.

At cruising grounds, much of the same would happen, except the action took place away from public footpaths.

Is Cottaging Ilegal in the UK?

Cottaging is illegal in the United Kingdom under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and applies to both heterosexual and homosexual acts.

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 doesn’t say however that sex in a public place is illegal. Cruising grounds and cottaging are two different spaces. Cruising grounds are defined as open spaces, where men can hook up with men, or straight couples can meet for sex (often referred to as dogging), as long as no members of the public can see you.

You risk being arrested if reported by a member of the public. If this happens you have the right to legal advice from an on-duty solicitor at the police station. If convicted you could be sentenced to 6 months in prison and /or a fine.

  • These are the best gay bars in Nottingham according to Google Reviewers

These are the best gay bars in Nottingham according to Google Reviewers

Nottingham is home to a small but friendly choice of LGBT+ venues, but which one has come out top in the Google reviews?

There are about 3 LGBT+ bars and clubs in Nottingham and further two “gay-friendly” places. They are dotted around the city as Nottingham doesn’t really have a “gay quarter” as other big cities have.

So here are the best and worse gay bars in Nottingham ranked worst to best by Google Map users.

The Lord Roberts 4.3 stars out of 447 reviews

The Lord Roberts is the highest rated LGBT+ friendly pub in Nottingham and it’s true. We can totally vouch for that. The bar staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. One reviewer adds, “A welcoming safe venue. Somewhere I always feel welcome, alone or with a group. The landlord welcomes you in as if it’s a friend welcoming you into his home”.

Another added, “Since Craig took over the Lord Roberts it’s become the place to be in Nottingham City Centre.. it’s friendly and welcoming and the place is kept immaculate”.

New Foresters 4.1 stars out of 181 reviews

New Foresters is located on St Ann’s Street and has been voted one of the best bars by Google reviewers. It is also award-winning, with a plethora of certificate adorning its walls.

It has 181 reviews. One reviewer called the New Foresters a “great little gem” while another added that it had “Friendly staff, average price, great crowd and atmosphere”

The Foresters Inn 3.7 stars out of 56 reviews

The Foresters Inn, located on Huntington Street, just behind the Victoria centre is not technically an LGBT+ bar, but it once was and therefore has a little hangover from that period. It raucous and you’ll be able to find cheap drinks and karaoke.

Users suggested that the pub was a “Good place to have a few drinks to start the night off” and had “Nice friendly atmosphere guest beers from local breweries reasonably priced”

Propaganda 3.4 stars out of 415 reviews

Located on the Broadway, in Nottingham’s Lace Market area, Propaganda, was until recently Nottinghams only specific LGBT+ bar. The owners announced it was closing down shortly after the lockdown began. However, there are hopes that they will find another location and reopen the club,

NG One 3.0 stars out of 77 reviews

Located on Lower Parliament Street, NG One was once Nottingham’s largest LGBT+ club. It has changed its door policy and is now open to anyone, however it does still attract some LGBT+ folk. It has 4 bars and 2 dance floors with a capacity of almost 1000. Open until the early hours every weekend.’

It dropped it’s gay tag back in 2015.

  • The perfect comeback for that “gay is sin” convo with religious types

The perfect comeback for that “gay is sin” convo with religious types

We’ve all heard it, religious people getting all righteous calling out sin (as they see it) left, right and centre and some, just can’t get enough of the gay sex issue. Some were even prepared to derail an entire election campaign because of the issue (yeah, we’re looking at you, Tim Farron). Some religious people seem to be thinking about it even more that we do, and that’s saying something.

On Quora a conversation arose about what the perfect comeback for a conversation where a religious person, takes it upon themselves to get all up in your gay sex business.

Some of the replies were pretty classic and we have to agree with them.

    Just fulfiling the lord’s work

    (C) BIGSTOCK

Our favourite was “quote a bible verse back to them” a suggestion from Scott Johnson.

He continued, “He who loves his fellow man has fulfilled the law.” Romans 13:8

Then there’s “ALL the commandments are summed up in this one rule, ‘love your neighbour as yourself.’ Love does no harm to its neighbour (your judgement is hurtful). Therefore love is the fulfilment of the law.” Romans 13:9-10

    And then there’s always…

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” 1 Corinthians 13:4-8″

    Pow… take that religious hater.

    Cherry pickers

And then there’s those who “cherrypick” their argument that gay sex is a sin, whilst having the audacity to stand in front of you wearing Polycester. Eurrrgh.

Carole Grimley, said, “Way to cherrypick the Bible.”

“There are plenty of sins in the Bible that we all commit unthinkingly; polyester/cotton blends in clothing are strictly forbidden.

“So are family gardens as you can’t plant more than one type of crop in a field. So everyone sins.

She added, “the Bible says a woman must marry her rapist. There is a lot of irrelevant crap in the Bible. Jesus never spoke about homosexuality and he was very tolerant and accepting of everyone. He said, “Pull the board out of your own eye before you criticize the speck in someone else’s.”

Oh and this little gem “So is shaving”. Yep there’s a whole section in Leviticus about shaving your body, your head and even cutting your body – so that’s piercings out the window.

    Bam – take that bigot.

    You and who’s army?

“Invariably, they will cite the Bible or God” says Doug Dingus, and when they do that, reply, “somebody says God says…

“If they say God, “who are you to speak for God? God doesn’t need you doing that and neither does anybody else.”

“Work this a few times, then it’s fun from there. “You know, God spoke to me personally and God is good with it, no worries, mind your own business.”

    Shuushhhh now, haterz

    Smart cracks

And then, something that made us smile was Scott Jemison‘s suggestion which was

“If i wanted to hear from an asshole, i would have farted”

He continued, “I honestly can’t believe how different I look! But it’s about so much more than that. I’ve never had a great relationship with body image, sports & fitness. It’s been a part of my life where I lacked lots of confidence”.

Tyler Oakley sends fans into a meltdown as he shares a revealing picture and that he works out stoned

The out YouTuber turned author, Tyler Oakley sent his 5.7 million fans on Instagram into a melt yesterday when he shared a rather revealing picture of him in just his swimwear.

In the candid picture posted to his millions of followers’ delight, the 31-year-old admitted that he was getting into “jump-roping” while listening to Lady Gaga’s Chromatica… while stoned.

He wrote, “I’m getting very into jump-roping to chromatica megamixes while stoned… what are y’all up to?”

    “Secret King?”

While some were completely taken by the star’s incredible workout bod, one remarking that Tyler’s body was “astronomical”, others marvelled in the star’s rather chic surroundings, with one asking if the star was a “secret king”.

Honestly, we couldn’t think of a better way to spend Sunday morning… oh well apart from in bed, with the covers pulled up high – with maybe a little bit of Gaga playing in the background (lightly).

Shanghai Pride is cancelling all future events for “safety”

Organisers of Shanghai’s Pride have told THEGAYUK that they have cancelled all foreseeable future events “for the safety of our family”.

Shanghai Pride is an event which has been running since 2009, but has recently announced that the time has come for “the end of a rainbow”.

In a blanket email statement, organisers wrote, “Over the past 12 years, we worked hard to enrich the culture and diversity of this city that we love so much: we showcased inspired artwork, theatre, and films; we fostered connections through job fairs and group open days; we offered a platform for individuals to share authentic stories about their lives; we threw parties that brought people together; and we hosted forums to trade wisdom on how to make Shanghai a more vibrant, inclusive place.

“Pride has a lot of different meanings for different people – for us, it has always been about showing our community that not only is there nothing wrong with who we are, but that our identities and the people that we love are worth celebrating

“ShanghaiPRIDE regrets to announce that we are cancelling all upcoming activities and taking a break from scheduling any future events. We love our community, and we are grateful for the experiences we’ve shared. No matter what, we will always be proud – and you should be, too.

THEGAYUK reached out for further clarification and were told by a spokesperson, “For the safety of our family, we are no longer holding events. While we keep a low profile for the foreseeable future, we hope to stay in touch in with our Pride family.”
