  • Can you guess the one question that David Walliams is asked about Simon Cowell all the time?

    Is Simon Cowell gay?

    Is Simon Cowell gay
Simon Cowell’s sexuality is, apparently the number one question asked of his co-judge on Britain’s Got Talent, David Walliams.

Apparently, it’s the most asked question funny man, David Walliams is asked about his Britain’s Got Talent fellow judge, Simon Cowell. The Little Britain creator told fellow comic John Bishop about the line of questioning on his brand new show, on W, In Conversation With.

Of course, viewers of the show will know about the constant flirting and innuendo between the two, so how does David answer this question about Simon Cowell’s sexuality?

David Walliams who has himself admitted that gender was not important for future relationships said that he was “starstruck” by Simon Cowell and said that he had a “crush” on the UK’s most powerful music man.

Well apparently, the one thing, according to David, that makes Simon uncomfortable is any questioning about his sexuality, who said,

“I’ve played up to it. It does make him quite uncomfortable and I suppose that’s why I do it because I feel like my job on that show is to completely wind him up.”

    Starstruck by Simon

David Walliams said he found himself starstruck by Simon Cowell and that he had a bit of a crush on the music man.

David, who revealed that gender was not an important factor when choosing a partner, then revealed that he had a bit of a crush on Simon, who’s currently appearing on ITV’s X Factor,  saying, “I am quite starstruck by him and he has got a lot of charisma so it is hard not to have a little bit of a crush on him.”

Last year Simon came under fire from viewers after he made an inappropriate comment to presenter Rylan about liking it by the back door. Viewers have also noted Simon’s constant sexuality jibes towards fellow X Factor judge, Louis Walsh.

  • 10 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Simon Cowell

He’s probably the most powerful music man in the UK – but what do we really know about Simon Cowell?

    Is simon cowell gay

So we decided to find out 10 things that you probably didn’t know about Simon Cowell.

    How old is Simon Cowell?

Simon Cowell is the second youngest judge on the X Factor Panel, after Nicole. Of course, Louis is the oldest whilst Sharon comes in a close second. Simon Cowell was born in October 1958 which makes him 57/58 in 2017.

    Is he gay?

Simon Cowell has denied that he is gay, although there are definitely rumours circling around about the judge’s personal life. These rumours came to a head in 2014 when pop singer Tulisa’s manager, seemingly outed him during a court hearing. Jurors during the trial heard Tulisa’s manager, Gareth Varey, telling ‘Fake Sheik’ Mazher Mahmood that Simon Cowell was gay in a secret recording. Simon’s representation strenuously denied the declaration. Mr Varey later apologised saying he was “drunk” when it said it.

Simon is partnered with Lauren Silverman and together they have one child, Eric who was born in 2014.

Who is Simon Cowell’s most successful act?

Simon Cowell has signed countless of deals, mainly with the acts he finds on the X Factor and his Got Talent franchise, the most successful of which is One Direction, the chart topping world-favourite boy band from X Factor and Susan Boyle from Britain’s Got Talent.

His first major UK success, however, was the duo, Robson and Jerome, from the hit TV series Soldier Soldier. Together they recorded a version of “Unchained Melody” which became an instant chart success. It was number one for seven weeks. According to legend, the group made Simon his first million.

Which is the act Simon Cowell regrets the most?

We can only imagine that Honey G is Simon’s regret – having signed her post the 2016 series of X Factor for one single, she managed to scrape in the low 100s in the chart, making her the worst performing major label signed artist. He also signed Zig and Zag (from Big Breakfast) back in the day – but he’s probably not so embarrassed by them because they were one of his biggest early successes.

He also signed the Teletubbies and Power Rangers – but hey if they’re paying your bills – there’s nothing to be embarrassed about.

Has Simon Cowell had plastic surgery?

Simon has admitted in the past to using Botox… That thick lush of hair on his head though is completely natural…

How many times has Simon Cowell been a judge on the X Factor?

Simon has judged X Factor 11 times – he was part of the original judge line up in 2004  and stays part of it until 2010 when he took a break. He came back in 2014.

Has Simon Cowell got any special talents?

A little-known fact about Simon is that he’s also credited for being a songwriter… Although we’re not sure exactly how much he takes part in the process. One of his most successful co-writes is “Footprints In The Sand” by Leona Lewis, which reached number 2 on the UK singles Chart.

Which act managed by Simon was the least successful?

There have been so many hits and misses signed to Simon’s Sony backed label, Syco. A few of the misses include Ronan Parkes, Loveable Rogues, Same Difference, Reggie and Bollie and Honey G.

    What was Simon’s first job?

Simon Cowell’s first job was working as a runner on Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining – but apparently, he did not last long in the position. Cowell got his start in the music business, when his father, Eric, then an exec at EMI publishing, got him a job in the mailroom. The rest, as they say, is history.

Who is Simon Cowell a fan of?

According to legend, Simon Cowell thinks that Christina Aguilera’s power ballad, “Beautiful” is one of the best songs ever written.

It seems as though “casual homophobia” is the new thing for Saturday night TV. Last night Peter Kay, whilst on the BBC, was blasted on social media for a joke some decided was homophobic and over on ITV Simon Cowell, once again, made a comment alluding to Louis Walsh‘s sexuality and viewers are starting to notice the frequency at which it happens.

In Saturday’s (19th Nov) broadcast of the X Factor, Simon Cowell questions why Louis might like Matt Terry over Ryan Lawrie, after the 64-year-old judge told Ryan that Matt was better than him. Simon’s response, it seems, was done in such a way that many people took to Twitter to call him out on his “gay jibes”.

A couple of weeks ago another comment by Simon prompted huge speculation over Louis’s sexuality. During the critique of Matt Terry’s performance of “I’m Your Man”, which Louis thought was “a bit karaoke”, Simon aimed his critique at Louis saying, “This is the first time Louis has said I don’t like I’m Your Man.”

This isn’t the first time Simon has made jokes with someone’s sexuality as the butt of the joke (pun intended). During a live Xtra Factor broadcast, Simon asked Rylan Clark-Neal whether he liked the backdoor.

  • Did Simon Walsh out Louis Walsh?

X Factor fans think that Simon Cowell has just outed Louis Walsh.

Simon Cowell and his gay jokes… Whatever next? Some X Factor fans think that the music mogul outed Louis Walsh as gay on Saturday’s episode of the show.

During Louis’s criticism of show favourite Matt Terry, the ex-Jedward manager said that he found the performance of Wham!’s “I’m Your Man”, to be a little bit karaoke.

When it was Simon’s turn to make comment on the performance, he aimed his critique at Louis saying, “This is the first time Louis has said I don’t like I’m Your Man.”

Natch, Twitter went into overdrive with speculation sending thousands of people to THEGAYUK.com to search whether Louis Walsh was gay or now. In fact, searches for Louis Walsh surged 3029 per cent on Saturday night.

This is not the first time Simon has used homosexual for laughs, a few weeks ago he rather inappropriately asked whether Rylan Clark liked the “backdoor” during the Xtra Factor post-show summary.

Louis Walsh has remained, famously, tight-lipped over the rumours of his sexuality. In 2013 in an interview with the Sunday Times, when asked whether he was gay or straight he replied, “I can’t… Don’t go there. I can’t. I think your private life is your private life…I’m happy. Happy as Larry!”

It was one of those totally awkward TV moments. Yes, that moment when one  straight man makes a joke about the “backdoor” with a gay man.

    Major AWKS.
During a segment where judges had to pick a front door from the ones presented on the screen in front of them, Rylan quipped, “I love a front door” to which Simon responded, “I thought you liked back doors?”

The other judges looked shocked and Nicole started to wave her hands in Simon’s face.

Rylan retorted by sashaying over to Simon, sitting on the side of Simon’s desk saying,

“Oh, Simon! Would you like me to show you how much?”

Simon was left red-faced after realising that his joke was in poor taste and after Rylan suggested that he show the judge how much he liked the “backdoor”.

Instantly Simon knew he had taken the joke too far and apologised immediately.

The head judge said, ”I apologise. I shouldn’t have said that – sorry, sorry, sorry.”

This year’s X Factor has been dogged with homophobic responses from its at-home audience. When Louis Walsh chose Bratavio for his category, his sexuality was called into question by fans of the show and both Bradley Hunt and Ottavio Columbro, Bratavio’s members, were both homophobically abused and even sent death threats over social media.

Wait… Did X FACTOR show Simon Cowell’s penis?

People have been questioning whether they saw Simon Cowell’s penis over the weekend…

So some people thought they caught a glimpse of a Cowell cock during this weekend’s “Judge’s Houses” episode of X FACTOR. Did they?

Simon Cowell was joined by two Spice Girls, Mel B and Emma Bunton to select three hopefuls for the forthcoming marathon of live shows to be become Britain’s Next Top Ignored Popstar.

During the selection process, as Cowell had his legs crossed, people started to question what exactly was going on between his legs.

So obviously we did a little bit of investigation into what has now been dubbed as “toegate”.

Basically, we looked a little harder at the evidence and it turns out that it’s just Cowell’s toe and the music mogul himself reckons it a large toe at that.

Simon was forced to admit that the toe’s placement was indeed an embarrassment for him. He told Rylan Clark and Matt Edmonson on the Xtra Factor,

“It was just my toe. It was quite embarrassing when I saw it online but it was just my toe.

“I have a very large toe.”

    Thank goodness.
